À notre grand malheur il n'y avait que 3 serveurs le 1er janvier. Malgré la bonne volonté de notre serveur nous sommes restés plus de 45 mins sans services & suivi suite à notre repas. Nous n'avons pas pris la peine de demander cafés & desserts ou deuxième cocktail vu l'attente.

La nourriture était très bonne, quoi qu'elle n'était pas présentée telle que sur le menu du réveillon. Nous avons commandé comme met principal le poulet frit, ce n'est pas ce que nous avons reçu. L'ambiance était impécable, le service un peu lent, mais nous n'étions pas pressés. Le seul bémol au niveau du service c'est que lors du décompte du nouvel an, le serveur nous a emmené des verres de prosseco & nous lui avons demandé s'ils étaient inclus dans le repas car nous ne tenions pas à les avoir. Il a dit quelque chose du genre: "Je vérifie ça tantôt", mais il les a chargé sur la facture à la fin...Nous ne les aurions pas pris si on l'avait su!
Outre cela très belle soirée au India Rosa!

My friends & I were very much looking forward to experiencing everything Indiarosa had to offer, & after having paid well over 250-300$, we left utterly disappointed! While the food was great, the service was absolutely horrendous. We waited for everything.. drinks took 30 minutes, the appetizers another 30 min, but wait the kicker was the main meal( which we ordered at the same time as our drinks & appetizers at 7:15), only arrived at 10:30. I have never had to wait or ask the waiter when my food will come in any restaurants I've been to. I would have understood if the place was busy, but it wasn't at all. They completely forgot our meal! We were the last ones to leave.the lack of communication between the kitchen & your waiting staff was very poor & could benefit with additional training. They did offer to give us free desserts- for what? For waiting 3 hours for our main meal?! No thanks! He was lucky we even gave him some tips. We wanted to come back with a larger group when we first entered the space, but left frustrated, annoyed, & disappointed. I would love to speak to a manager about my experience.

Please bring back more mocktails & the old options. The old mocktails were much better!

Ruined our Xmas dinner! My wife ordered over CAD$300 dinner for 6 persons on their website. We got their confirmation & our credit card was charged. We were supposed to pick it up December 24 at 7 PM. When we got to the restaurant it was closed & all lights off. Tried to call them but no one answered. At that time everything else around was closed so we ended up ordering fast food & being really embarrassed with our guests. We had to go to the restaurant to get a refund. Only thing they said was "Sorry, there must be a problem with our system"!! Really No Kidding!

Everything was perfect except the arrogance of the manager. They have challenges with their payment card devices so be careful not to be charged twice. The manager is well aware of the problem & obviously ticked off & cannot manage the stress. He becomes not polite & very arrogant which very unfortunate as all the other experiences were great. I hope he gets fired!Voir plus

1ere visite pour un brunch. Très Beau restaurant, énorme bar. 4 plat, tous super bon! 4 cocktail au top. & 3 dessert succulent. Les serveurs étais sympathique & professionnel. Très belle expérience. On va retourner pour le souper.Voir plus

Tout était parfait sauf que j'aurais aimé que l'on m'informe que la nourriture était fortement épicée. J'aurais pu demander un peu moins épicée car c'était délicieux mais j'étais désolée de ne pouvoir terminer mon repas.
