So many good things to say about my experience at India Rosa.

First off, our server (Jeanne-Sophie) provided us with exceptional service which made our dining experience truly enjoyable, relaxing, & memorable. This reflects well on the India Rosa brand, because I would come back just for her service. She explained the menu well, took our appetite & party size into consideration & made great recommendations based on that. I also appreciate how she listened to our request to time/space out the appetizers, main courses, & dessert.

It came together like a great experience which my friends thanked me for picking this spot. I have to say the thanks goes to Jeanne-Sophie because she delivered the experience we had been seeking out entire trip to Montreal: a nice sit-down meal, nice ambiance, & excellent service.

One thing that sticks out when comparing service here to other restaurants (especially back home in America), the person who brought out dessert was initially a bit early but when she saw we were still finishing up with our dishes, she took the dessert back saying she'll bring it out later. In America, the waiters would just drop it off at the table & not think twice. I truly value how kind & thoughtful the entire staff here is.

Food wise, we ate a lot.
-The lamb chops, A MUST GET. I'm usually not big on lamb chops because they are always small & mostly fatty when I've had them elsewhere. These were a generous portion size & very well cooked.
-Tandoori Mushrooms
-Tandoori Hariyali Chicken
-Signature Butter Chicken
-Saag Paneer
-Naan (cheese, garlic, & plain).

If I go back in the future, I would actually order as much off the tapas menu & then order a curry & naan if I was still hungry. Having eaten Punjabi food everywhere, I find their tapas more interesting.

Cardamom Crème Brûlée was great!

About the ambiance, so important. The setting of this restaurant totally sets the mood. If you want something that feels upscale but also relaxed, this is for you.

The decor was great & we sat by windows which were open & gave us that amazing crisp Montreal fresh air while we dined.

If you are with a group of people, family, or looking for a date spot, I can highly recommend this place if you want delicious Indian food in a great setting.

I'd been waiting to come eat at India Rosa & here I was with a friend passing in front of it. Best decision to stop & have an early diner. Food was excellent although one the mint sauce was a tad bit too sweet, salmon & vegetables were good. On the other hand the stuffed mushrooms, the Dari puri & the lamb were out of this world. A note for the spritz which was refreshing on a hot day. Service was great & waitress incredibly thoughtful

Every September when my friends visit Montreal we eat at India Rosa. This year, as usual, we really enjoyed our dinner at the Griffintown location. The food was excellent! I recommend the Salmon Tikka & the Tandoori Chicken Tikka. We had a great table by the window & an excellent server. It's a beautiful restaurant decore-wise, & it always seems like a busy, happening place. Nevertheless, the noise-level was reasonable. I highly recommend India Rosa - Griffintown.

This was my first time at India Rosa. I found the menu diverse & interesting. I tried several different dishes vs what I might normally take. The Kiss of Kashmiri was excellent as was the Palaou Rice & Gobi ( cauliflower & potatoes). The atmosphere was nice & I did not know how large the space was. Overall we had a great dinner experience.

Ne vivant pas à Montréal franchement j'ai découvert cet endroit où brunchez & comment vous dire que c'était excellent on a bien mangé. On était en famille & je trouve que les tables ne sont pas bien agencé à l'intérieur. On se sent un peu coincé surtout au fond du resto. & le service était un peu lent pâtes c'est normal ils étaient débordé. Mais sinon on a passé un bon moment

Celebrated my birthday with family.

We started our meal with appetiser's- dahi puri - very good, chicken tikka- small size & a bit dry, chutney was good. Amritsari cod with pineapple relish- very good. Tandoori vegetable- not great- cauliflower was hard & no taste, dried mushroom.
Maincourse - Dal - good, butter chicken - good, malai kofta - below average.
Breads were ok.
Chicken tikka masala - ok ok,
Excellent beer, mocktails were too good.
Nice ambience
They charged 15% gratuity on bill before presenting & mentioned that it been charged. I don't know why they did it, I normally pay more than that.

Overall main course quality was less, bread & rice not included with maincourse like other restaurants.

La bouffe est bonne, mais sérieusement ça ne vaut pas la peine d'y aller pour attendre 2h avant qu'on vous sert c'est vraiment inadmissible

Un délice leur brunch !
Leurs plats sont riches en saveurs, les portions sont généreuses, accompagnés de mana c'est encore meilleur.
J'ai testé leur latte à la pistache, un peu onéreux mais aucun regret c'était délicieux 🤤

Planned a birthday dinner for my wife. The staff at India Rosa Griffintown made our evening exceptional from the moment we stepped in. Service, Food & setting was by far the best I've enjoyed in very long time. Keep up the excellence team India Rosa!
