Deuxième visite au India Rosa DIX30 & encore plus impressionnée que la première fois.
J'y étais allée pour un late lunch il y a quelques mois - c'était délicieux - mais le brunch est tout simplement wow. Menu bien pensé, plats bien apprêtés, savoureux & originaux. On sent le souci du détail.
Le service mérite aussi une mention spéciale : de l'hôtesse, au barman, à notre serveuse, jusqu'à la demoiselle à la caisse - tout était impeccable & chaleureux. C'est vraiment apprécié.
Le décor est fabuleux, l'ambiance est belle & invitante.
J'ai déjà hâte d'y retourner & d'en parler à tout le monde autour de moi. Une superbe adresse au DIX30.
Absolutely amazing experience at India Rosa! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, vibrant, & welcoming. The food was outstanding - full of flavor, beautifully presented, & clearly made with care. Every dish we tried was fresh, perfectly spiced, & incredibly satisfying.
What really made the night special was being served by Yannick, the owner & bartender. He went above & beyond to make sure we had a great experience. He was attentive, personable, & clearly passionate about both the food & the drinks. His cocktail recommendations were spot on & paired perfectly with our meal.
It's rare to find a place where the service feels so genuine & the quality is consistently top-tier. You can tell Yannick truly cares about his guests & his restaurant.

Nous avons dernièrement visité celui du Dix30 & avons eu un service hors-paire ! Nous avons été très bien conseillé pour notre premier cocktail ! Par la suite, la serveuse a su nous suggérer des plats que nous aurions jamais commandé si elle n'avait pas connu son menu ! Entre autre les bouchées qui éclatent en bouche sont tout simplement sublime !
Petit bémol, celui qui semble être un nouveau gérant, a clairement des sauts d'humeur & parle très mal à ses serveuses ! Devant plusieurs clients, il sacrait, était agressif & on le voyait s'emporter, meme derrière les fenêtres de la cuisine ! Un malaise intense était ressenti aux tables non loin du bar. Assez pour ne plus avoir envie d'aller à cette succursale …pour cette raison que je ne vous met pas un 4 ou 5 étoiles.
Excellent service au bar : des mixologues compétents & sympathiques (bien que le prix des cocktails soient exorbitant). Très bon repas & belle ambiance

Noua sommes des clients récurrents & avons toujours eu un très bon service. Hier soir nous étions 9 & avons eu un service médiocre. Service de bar très long, les entrées sont arrivés en même temps que les assiettes principales, oublier le riz commandé, aucun service de vin ou d'eau durant le repas. Lors du paiement de la facture, j'ai jugé que le service ne méritait pas plus de 15%. Pendant que je tentais de compléter la transaction, la serveuse a eu le culot de regarder le terminal par dessus mon épaule & de me dire que c'est un minimum de 18% de pourboire lorsqu'on est un groupe de 10 personnes & plus. Ayant travaillé dans la restauration moi-même, je juge ce commentaire inacceptable, & surtout avec un service aussi poche.

The food was absolutely fabulous! We got the tartine au saumon tikka, & the salmon was so tender, it was barely holding together. Flavours are insane, a wonder mix of Indian spices & western ingredients. The food is tangy, fresh & a perfect level of spice. The drinks are so unique & refreshing. They are all infused with classic Indian flavours like saffron & cardamom. The chai tiramisu was also amazing. I highly recommend!
Plats savoureux & service exceptionnel ......par contre le bruit est tres derengeant surtout si on veut avoir une conversation ....la musique devrait etre concentree au bar & non pas a tout le resto....merci
C'était une belle découverte, bon service, bonne nourriture! Nous étions assis au bar, seul hic, juste à côté des cuisines où le patron était assis avec son laptop pour travailler.. l'ambiance devait être plus agréable à une table.

The foos was quite good & exceeded our expectations. Indian inspired dishes are quite well thought through & flavororfull without being abnoxious. The presentation is very good too. Waiter were attentive & knowledgeable. I only take some point off because of music. The music did not fit the style decor or cuisine. It was too resto-clubby. More suited for a bar with a terrance in old port, even then... There are better modern choices that will better fit the decor & will not clash with the atmosphere.
Ce resto a tout d'un 5 étoiles. Une belle offre végétale en plus. Mention spéciale à Maxime au bar qui rend l'expérience encore plus plaisante & agréable.
Nous sommes allés à deux reprises au India rosa dans le dernier mois & nous avons eu un super service de Maxime au bar !!! Nous espérions que ce soit elle qui soit à nouveau au bar ce soir & quelle joie de la retrouver ! Merci pour le service & à bientôt !

Ce restaurant est à la fois magnifique & incroyablement bon! Nous y sommes allez entre filles de la job & sur 10 personnes tous le monde à absolument adoré leurs plats! J'ai particulièrement aimé le choix de plusieurs petits plats! & que dire du bar impressionnant! Certainement pas la dernière visite & je recommande fortement !

Ça faisait longtemps que je ne m'étais pas sentie aussi satisfaite d'un souper au resto. Les cocktails étaient non seulement délicieux, mais aussi tellement cute visuellement. La présentation des plats & les saveurs WOW ! Le service au bar, par la jeune fille, était impeccable. L'ambiance est vraiment agréable & le resto, super chic. Un gros 10/10 ! Déjà hâte à la prochaine visite.
Went to India Rosa DIX30 on a Saturday night & had a great experience overall. The food was really tasty, fresh, flavorful, & nicely presented. Service was excellent too; friendly & attentive. The ambiance is stylish & modern with a live DJ. We sat at the bar which had a great vibe. It was a bit loud, as you'd expect on a Saturday, so not the best place for deep conversation, but nothing that ruined the evening. Would definitely go back.
Nouveau & très beau restaurant au Quartier Dix30. Ambiance survoltée. Nombreux items sur le menu. Nourriture excellente. Malheureusement pour moi, service très lent: cinq (5) personnes que je côtoyais au bar ont commandé juste un peu avant moi & j'ai reçu mes plats beaucoup plus tard qu'eux & on ne m'a pas expliqué pourquoi.
