La nourriture était phénoménale. Le concept des tapas à partager rend l'organisation de la commande un peu plus difficile mais permet de goûter à plusieurs plats ce qui est un fort avantage.

Niveau d'épice relativement adapté aux clients peu habitués. Se méfier un peu du riz Biryani niveau épice si vous n'êtes pas très endurcis. L'ambiance musicale était un peu agressive & la salle a manger un peu bruyante mais bien aménagé & accueillant. Même chose pour le personnel attentionné qui a pris le temps de répondre à nos mille questions. Le chef est même venu s'assurer que nous apprécions notre expérience.

Je recommande fortement autant au amateur de nourriture indienne qu'au gens qui souhaitent découvrir une nouvelle cuisine goûteuse & réconfortante dans un décor moderne.

India Rosa DIX30 has a beautiful decor & a great atmosphere - definitely a nice spot for a date night or an evening out. The ambiance is stylish & inviting, & the service was fast, friendly, & attentive throughout our visit.
The food was good, although I wouldn't describe it as traditional Indian cuisine. It has more of a modern/fusion twist, so if you're looking for authentic, traditional Indian flavours, this may not be exactly what you're expecting. However, if you enjoy Indian-inspired dishes with a more contemporary approach, it's definitely worth trying.
Overall, a nice experience with great ambiance, good service, & decent food. I would recommend it, especially for the atmosphere!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ India Rosa, an exceptional introduction to Indian cuisine

What a wonderful discovery.

We visited India Rosa as a group of three, & this was my mother's very first experience with Indian cuisine. By the end of the meal, the verdict was unanimous: she loved it. India Rosa turned out to be the perfect place for such a memorable introduction.

From the moment we arrived, the restaurant made an impression. The interior is absolutely beautiful: bright, elegant, modern & thoughtfully designed, with greenery, spectacular lighting & a sophisticated atmosphere. The presentation continues at the table, where every dish feels carefully composed & visually inviting.

We wanted to experience as much of the menu as possible, so we ordered a generous selection of dishes to share.

The discovery platter was an excellent way to explore different flavours & preparations. The chicken accompanied by its vibrant green sauce was outstanding, the salmon was excellent, & the lamb chop was beautifully seasoned & prepared. The tandoori mushrooms were another highlight, distinctive, flavourful & beautifully presented.

The korma mussels were exceptional. The mussels were generous & served in a wonderfully creamy, aromatic sauce. This was easily one of the standout dishes of our meal.

The pulao rice also deserves special recognition. Fragrant & colourful, with nuts, dried fruit & pomegranate seeds, it brought together beautiful flavours & textures. Paired with the warm cheese naan, it was difficult to stop going back for another bite.

Our sangria was equally enjoyable, fresh & perfectly suited to the meal.

The service elevated the entire experience. Our server was attentive, welcoming & knowledgeable throughout our visit. He took the time to explain the dishes & their flavours, which was particularly appreciated given that one member of our group was discovering Indian cuisine for the first time. His recommendations & explanations added genuine value to the experience.

We were also pleasantly surprised by the value. Our total was approximately $260 for three people, including gratuity, with a very generous amount of food & drinks. Considering the quality of the cuisine, presentation, service & atmosphere, we found the overall experience to be excellent value.

Most importantly, a first experience with Indian cuisine became a genuinely memorable meal for all three of us.

Beautiful cuisine, sophisticated presentation, spectacular décor & excellent service. India Rosa fully deserves five stars.

Cet endroit pour déjeuner ou bruncher est tout simplement exceptionnel. Si vous êtes à la recherche d'un repas original & savoureux, laissez-vous surprendre par le menu brunch de India Rosa.

Nous avons adoré notre visite. Le restaurant est spacieux, lumineux & magnifiquement décoré, créant une ambiance chaleureuse & invitante. Le service était également excellent du début à la fin.

Les cocktails méritent une mention spéciale : originaux, parfaitement équilibrés & délicieux. J'ai opté pour un cocktail au mezcal & au pamplemousse dont le nom m'échappe malheureusement, tandis que mon conjoint a choisi un tiki. Les deux étaient remarquables.

Pour le repas, nous avons commandé les gaufres au poulet frit tikka ainsi que le pain doré. Les plats étaient aussi beaux que savoureux. Les saveurs étaient riches & bien maîtrisées, les cuissons parfaites & le poulet frit incroyablement croustillant. Les sauces étaient généreuses, aromatiques & complétaient parfaitement l'ensemble.

Nous avons réellement apprécié notre expérience & reviendrons assurément afin de découvrir d'autres plats du menu. En résumé, India Rosa est une excellente adresse brunch qui vaut largement le détour. Les plats proposés sont originaux, sortent de l'ordinaire & offrent un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Un service impeccable dans un décor & une ambiance chaleureuse ainsi qu'une nourriture extraordinaire autant pour le brunch que la table d'hôte du midi & même à la carte afin de partager plusieurs plats entre amis.

Excellent repas, nous avons commande la planche à partagé & tout les plats étaient vraiment bon.
La serveuse était très bonne aussi. Je dirais seulement que prendre nos commandes & les recevoir était un peu long, mais c'était un samedi soir & nous sommes arrivés légèrement en retard.
Très bonnes ambience & beau décors :)

TLDR: Overall, portion sizes felt quite small for the price. The food didn't quite live up to the upscale image & decor the restaurant presents.

I was previously disappointed with brunch at the Griffintown location, but decided to give the Brossard location a try for dinner.

The space itself is modern, clean, & visually appealing. The atmosphere is welcoming, but quite loud, which made conversation a bit difficult at times.

For food:

The shrimp biryani tasted a little off - possibly because we ordered it mild.
The butter chicken (their signature) was average & comparable to what you'd find at more casual, lower-priced restaurants.
The Goan cod was the highlight: flavorful sauce, well-cooked fish, delicate & easy to eat.
The Kerala seafood dish was unfortunately the most expensive & the most disappointing - the sauce was watery & lacked flavor, & the seafood felt like a frozen mix (small mussels, shrimp, & calamari).

Service was also on the slower side, & it was difficult to get a waiter's attention.

In the end, the experience felt a bit pretentious relative to what was delivered.
