Great for the price, atmosphere & service ! We had the brisket burger, beer(IPA & Amber) Loaded fries, Popcorn Shrimps & 2 Bourbon Ice teas (the yellow in colour is sweeter )
Easily one of my favorite spots in Montreal. Great vibe, amazing drinks, & the food hits every time. Perfect place to chill with friends. always a good time at Icehouse.

Like... the best margaritas, the best spot, just tucked in steps away from vibrant st laurent, & just... but just... no kidding, BEST fish tacos i've ever had. Literally felt like i was in Costa Rica by the beach.
Recently moved to the neighbourhood. I love nachos, so I stopped in to try their nachos. Best nachos I've had in a long time! Topping to chip ratio excellent, got the boeuf chili added, highly recommend!
I will certainly be back to try other parts of the menu, like the burritos or fried chicken. Not sure how the business fluctuates when patio season ends, but I really hope they do well as a business! They deserve it, & you should definitely come try it!
Le décor est sympa & aussi le fait qu'ils proposent des côtés levées ce qui est peu commun dans le quartier.
Attention cependant aux coûts cachés !!! Ils ne remettent pas de cartes des boissons. Ils vous font choisir à l'aveugle & ne se sentent pas gênés de faire facturer 11$ une ptite cannette aromatisée au cassis & sans alcool.
Bilan de la soirée : 6 côtes levées & 2 boissons, après taxes & tips : 50$

First time yesterday i was biking in the area, abd this Beautiful place struck a chord in my heart instantly.
Stopped by for food & drinks. Such an amazingly warm welcome. Instantly felt like Home.
I had the pleasure of speaking with Danny, the Owner. Such a Gentleman, a kind Beautiful Soul. Had a memorable evening.
Very grateful i found this Place.
I would give Them a Thousand Stars for the delicious Soul Food, the Serene & Peaceful atmosphere, the Staff kindness, the world-class service (whistling to myself: love is in the air...lol).

Fried chicken to die for. I crave it sometimes, lol. We enjoy going there for an early dinner & a couple of bourbon lemonades. Music is good & service as well. Very familiar & easy going spot.

Paid 22 bucks for veggie nachos with practically nothing on them. It didnt seem'fully dressed' like the menu said, I definitely didnt get my money's worth.
Très bon repas, nous avons apprécié l'endroit & les tacos sont très goûteux. On recommande aussi bien la version croquante que celle traditionnelle. Le service à été rapide.
The person I am assuming is the owner/manager is warm & welcoming. He suggested ordering the whiskey lemonade & it did not disappoint. The taco I ordered was just okay. There isn't much meat in it, so for $13 for two, that was disappointing.
What bothered me is that I asked for a side order of their smoked potato salad, which sounded really interesting, but the waitress decided not to bring it because'someone else's meal comes with potatoes'...soooo I'm just supposed to force them share their food with me? I wanted to laugh when she brought it because there was only about 1 1/2 tbs of potatoes. To her credit, she did say she would bring some if I'really wanted it,' but she had no right to make the decision she did in the first place. That pissed me off, so I won't be returning.
Food was quite good. Consistent with what I have had there before, having gone once a year or so approx past 9 years.
Fried chicken here is my go - to & it did not disappoint. My cherry on top is their always exciting offering of spicy sauce. Quite spicy indeed but not tongue burning. My son said I was'crying' from the sauce, probably consumed 1/4 of the provided squeeze bottle of spicy sauce on my 1/4 chicken. The shrimp appetizer was quite good (more would have been better as i would say but no complaint), & my son .a burrito afficonado says it may have been the best burrito he ever had (fried chicken burrito), I offered to trade him to ahve some chicken for some burrito but he declined. Good service, great food & parking a little sketchy but hey...
Service was n-ice & personable, & pretty quick A smaller place that dont look like much from the street, but when you know you know.....
Overall did not disappoint. Keep it up (just not the prices lol)
Ice House est le genre de petit resto sympathique que l'on est heureux de découvrir. Ambiance impeccable, nourriture succulente. Bon service & à prix très raisonnable. Je recommande fortement.
Decent bbq meats. The fried chicken was slightly dry. The ribs were good & tender but very very saucy. The smoked potato salad was amazing.
The service was sort of bad but the restaurant was packed so I don't blame them. They brought us the wrong food & 1 of the guests got his food almost as we were finishing ours.
Un vrai délice, l'ambiance est chouette & le serveur super gentille. La nourriture est exactement ce qu'on attendait un peu épicé & délicieuse, on a prit avec mon compagnon le seaux à partage. Je recommande à 100%
