I adore this place. The service is excellent ( greetings, quick service, warm, friendly & generous). The food is very tasty, big portions. The atmosphere is calm, quaint, inviting, & family friendly. You really should try it. Their bubble tea is the absolute best. It was my birthday, & when they found out, they made my day extra special. Thank you, I Am Pho!

The bad reviews seriously make no sense. I am leaving this review here because it's only fair. The food is great. Broth is very flavourful. I got the rare beef pho. The service was good too. There were only 2 servers but they were very quick & friendly. The place is clean & spacious. Thank you!
Ordered take out for the family via Uber eats. I ordered the bun bo hue & I love that this restaurant offers this dish because I find that Vietnamese restaurants typically do not offer this dish. If you've never tried it, I highly recommend it! Not only are the noodles different than pho but the broth & flavour is completely different. It's more floral & lemongrassy & slightly spicy. Lots of flavour. They only offer one size for take out & the containers are pretty convenient, I'm almost tempted to reuse them for salads. Highly recommend.
Came here a while back for lunch, around January. The grilled chicken pho is ABSOLUTELY amazing. The chicken is actually juicy, it's grilled unlike some places where they boil it. I also got the red bean balls & they were absolutely amazing! Definitely try it
We love bringing our family to I Am Pho! The staff is incredibly friendly & welcoming, always patient with the kids that makes us feel comfortable. But the real star is the food! The pho is delicious, with a rich broth & generous portions of fresh ingredients. My kids love the rice vermicelli bowls, Bubble tea, & everything is bursting with flavor. We always leave happy & satisfied. Highly recommend I Am Pho for anyone looking for a delicious & family-friendly Vietnamese dining experience!
March 07, 2024 around 6:40PM: The pho place is alright & indifferent for me I find it a little bit odd that it's far but here is my full review of the place. Positives: 1) Food was decent & good. A little bit warm & hot but I prefer hot. 2) The place is a nice vibe. Has a nice sort of pho place feel. 3) Prices are fairly reasonable & hope it stays that way. 4) Service was good & the waiter was nice & I think that was the owner or manager was nice as well. One of the waiters was talking a lot to a female student while She was working or studying then stayed for a bit. Cons: 1) The flush on some of the bathrooms were not working. So that's a bit odd. Washroom was pretty clean although I can see improvements. 2) Food needs to be more hot & not warmish. 3) They need the space to be more decorative & have a better feel to it. 4) You need to pay for the meal upfront instead of the waiter assisting you. Kind of odd. 5) I did not see a lot of cleaning nor sweeping nor Picking up dishes after when we still left. So that is a bit of a let down. Conclusion: I'm indifferent about Pho West Island & I may come back here again if the place improved in terms of the bathrooms Control of the food & the improved service. I am indifferent about this place.

Good quality pho at an affordable price! Compared to other Vietnamese restaurants around the west island, I can definitely say this is your best bang for the buck choice. They have a great variety of delicious meals, sides & drinks. As well, the portions are certainly generous for most. I would highly recommend this restaurant for your next Pho craving!
Great food for very reasonable prices, it's not very busy because it's hidden in a corner but definitly worth it. Can't go wrong with a chicken vermicelli or Pho soup.
Used to be really good but its no longer the same. The broth/pho is way too salty not the same. Please bring back old recipe. I used to love it but honestly it's not worth it anymore for me

Amazing food & generous portions. Very friendly staff & service! I had a traditional Pho, it was spot on & well priced! Bubble tea & 3 colors desserts was also very yummy!
