Les avis sur I AM PHO sont variés mais s'accordent sur des bouillons riches et des ingrédients frais, un service rapide et sympathique et une ambiance agréable, notamment à la localisation de l'Ouest de l'île où les repas conviennent pour une réunion ou un repas informel. Le takeout est une histoire contrastée: certains apprécient des contenants bien conçus et des soupes savoureuses, d'autres déplorent des portions réduites, des nouilles qui collent et une qualité qui n'est pas toujours au rendez vous par rapport au passé. Le rapport qualité prix est parfois jugé correct mais certains trouvent les portions petites ou les prix élevés pour la taille des plats. Globalement I AM PHO est vu comme une option fiable pour la cuisine vietnamienne avec des plats authentiques et un service attentif, mais des incohérences dans le takeout et la taille des portions sont signalées.
I've ordered from the store a bunch but went in person for the first time & it exceeded expectations!! The pho is delicious as always & the taro bubble tea is super tasty as well. The service was extremely nice, I'm a bit socially awkward but the waiter made it a very pleasant experience :)

Went to I Am Pho (West Island) for a business lunch & it was a great experience. The place was calm & we pretty much had the restaurant to ourselves, which made it perfect for a meeting.
The service was excellent, attentive without being overbearing, & the food was just as good. Everything tasted fresh, authentic, & well prepared.
Overall, 10/10. Definitely recommend if you're looking for quality Vietnamese food in the West Island.
We have ordered take out, comparing to the other branches the meat they serve in their pho soup is half. For order of 2 they put everything 1 in the bag. But the taste was good.
The only place I go to for some Pho when myself or the family is under the weather. Deep beautiful flavours thats consistent with every purchase.
Also really enjoy the beef & chicken rice meals with the salads on the side & the spring rolls.
My go to place in West Island for pho. Great taste, fast & friendly service, & reasonably priced. Compared to other pho restaurants , the decor & vibe is very nice. The pho dac biet always hits the spot!

I only had one item & it was not good. The salad roll tasted like old wilted lettuce with a faint hit of cilantro, the wrapper was chewy & the stuffings were bland & lacked freshness. The accompanying peanut butter sauce which is usually thicker & a little spicy is what makes it pop. I was served a watery liquid masquerading as sauce which lacked any punch. I ate at Kanata noodle house 3 weeks ago absolutely amazing food & service, NOT saying you have to drive to Ottawa to get great PHO but this is like comparing a G wagon to a jalopy. This did not impress as I could not finish. So many other options close by. Pleasant guy who served me but that doesn't put flavour on the plate. Empty restaurant should've been my first flag. Sorry but I recommend a hard pass.
When I am craving for good bowl of pho, I come here.
The broths are very flavorful, they are definitely made with love. My go to is the Tonkinese pho dac biet (all dress) but sometimes I switch it up for the bun bo hue, mhmm! 11/10 !
I enjoy their spring roll as well, it is very delicious & very fresh.
Let's not forget to mention the amazing service!
