I recently visited I AM PHO on Concorde Blvd in Laval, & it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I ordered the grilled chicken Tonkinese soup with imperial rolls, & both were absolutely delicious. The broth was rich & flavorful, while the grilled chicken was tender & perfectly seasoned. The imperial rolls were crispy, fresh, & paired beautifully with the dipping sauce.
They also offer a great variety of other soups-beef pho, seafood combinations, & vegetarian options-all steaming with that comforting aroma you only find at authentic Vietnamese spots.
What really stood out, though, was the incredible service. The Vietnamese waitress who served me, wearing pink compression socks, was exceptionally kind, attentive, & made sure I had everything I needed. Her cheerful attitude added so much warmth to the meal.
I AM PHO is definitely a must-visit for anyone looking for genuine Vietnamese flavors & heartwarming service in Laval.

The bún bò huê soup is one of the best! They use the rice sheet to make those imperial rolls, which are amazing. The service was fast & very friendly. The place is spacious & clean. Overall, I highly remember it. There's enough parking space but it's also near the Concorde station (subway it train). You won't regret it.
