Absolutely appalling service from George at Hurley's in Montréal-Trudeau Airport.

From the moment I sat down, his behaviour was incredibly rude & unprofessional. He practically threw my coffee onto the table, & I could then hear him loudly swearing at fellow staff members behind the wall using explicitly foul language - an extremely unpleasant start to my morning.

I waited more than 30 minutes for my food. When I asked where it was, George dismissively claimed that'burgers take longer.' However, as soon as I explained that my flight was about to start boarding, the food appeared immediately. The burger was already lukewarm, which strongly suggested it had been sitting at the pass while he simply failed to bring it over.

Given the genuinely terrible service, I chose not to leave a tip. George then began shouting at me, followed me out of the restaurant & threatened to call airport security, telling me I was going to miss my flight. His behaviour was aggressive, intimidating & completely unacceptable.

No customer should be treated this way-especially in an airport, where staff know passengers are working within strict time constraints. George's conduct was wildly inappropriate for anyone working in hospitality. Management urgently needs to address this.

Not bad for an airport stop. The fish & chips is by far the best dish with the most generous portion. The burger was decent too, but very small. The chicken Cesar salad & the smoked meat sandwich were not good, would avoid those. Service was excellent, the staff were extremely friendly. I'd give the staff 5 stars.

Prix abordable pour un aéroport. Nourriture très bonne (burger bacon).

Cependant au paiement, le serveur vous ajoutera un pourboire lui-même qu'il vous faudra annuler devant ses yeux.

'C'est écrit dans le menu', mensonge.

Le serveur s'est énervé, dommage lorsque le service de la serveuse était, lui, très satisfaisant.

The most affordable airport veggie burger you will ever encounter. Get it with an egg. The meat ones are the typical high prices you expect from airports, but their black bean burger delivers very will for $8CAD fewer. Like finding a small drop of water in the dessert that is airport dining.

Absolutely junk food today. Burger might have e been room temperature & the fries weren't much warmer. Not once was I asked how much food was.

The food was tasty but the portions are small, $30+ dollars for a burger & fries BEFORE tip. The prices are getting ridiculous

We ordered the bacon cheeseburger & the beef patty was very bad, it felt like grocery store frozen burger patty. The fries were also not good, oily & overcooked. The service was friendly.

Expensive for what you get
Sad burger served in a plastic basket. At least they could use plates.
First time I see an Irish pub with canned Guinness. What a shame
