it wasn't that bad but it wasn't good,
i wouldn't go back here, the service was very awful i know it's an airport & that's how it be but it was just terrible.. the food was so overpriced & catfish!! i had gotten the poutine & it was nothing like the photo, bartender had a nasty attitude it was just a lot, their food is NOT worth it! i'd suggest somewhere else before here

Je n'ai jamais vu un service aussi médiocre. On nous a refusé de commander des boissons sans alcool sous prétexte que « dans un restaurant, c'est le minimum de prendre de l'alcool ». La serveuse s'est montrée extrêmement hautaine, tandis que le patron nous surveillait avec un jugement flagrant, bras croisés & sourcils levés.
Face à cette ambiance détestable, nous avons décidé de quitter les lieux. Le patron nous a alors littéralement chassés d'un « Allez, allez » méprisant tout en soupirant & en levant les yeux au ciel.
Heureusement que l'établissement se situe dans un aéroport sinon ils seraient déjà fermés depuis longtemps.
Cet établissement n'a aucun sens de l'hospitalité. C'est une honte, fuyez !
Thanks for the food poisoning! Had breakfast at 5am yesterday & have been living in the bathroom since. Hit me about half way through my flight, perfect timing.

Very claver staff & waiter, charging double tips without informing the customer, its very unprofessional behavior. You should have a concert from the customer before charging the tips.
Surprisingly the when we received the check bill, along with the double charged tips without my consent. such a pathetic attitude & behavior at the YUL 2 airport Montreal.
Serveur désagréable & TRÈS LONG. Installes. Avec les menus & puis 30 min d'attente & personne ne vient récupérer notre commande !! On le lui fait savoir & 10 min après toujours rien & même quand le restaurant étaient presque vide !!!

- 1 * because the place was not anywhere near full, but they cannot let me have one of several open tables for two… discriminates against solo travelers.
- 3 * for the prices.
You expect high prices at the airport (the rich want to suck every nickel out of our pockets), but this was insanely expensive for such run of the mill offerings.
$13 -17 for A, not several or'a couple', but A bottle of beer.
$10 for drink with NO alcohol. $10!
& get this: $22 for a mimosa. A MIMOSA!
This is nothing more than a financial shakedown.
The rich are just not taxed enough. We should have the rich pay their taxes FIRST with a wealth tax instead of any income tax for those with a net worth of less than 3 million dollars. Let them pay their taxes FIRST so the rest of us can get some well deserved financial relief.
We had an amazing experience thanks to brian at Hurley's international side. His service was excellent - attentive, fast, & always with a smile. The conversations were great & he really made us have a good time. Highly recommend asking for brian
Attention. Le serveur va vous arnaquer. Il ne sera pas arrangeant comme il le prêtant. De deux demi bières comme convenu, il facturera deux pleines abusivement. Puis il argumentera qu'il n'y à qu'un format avant de s'excuser en ricanant avec son collègue.
Here we go again... I review only the best & the worst so unfortunately this one falls in the worst. Breakfast till 11am, I showed up at 10:44, nobody in front of me. Waited 11min at the door/host desk, decided to sit myself at the bar (nobody came to welcome & sit me). I was told right away that the kitchen wasn't serving breakfast anymore (10:55). First strike... The bar staff was dictated by the kitchen that people were waiting for lunch. Lie. I asked to some people waiting at the door, they wanted breakfast & got told'no'. While I was there, I saw 3 line ups forming at the door with 2 to 3 party's of 2 or 3 people. They pretty much all gave up as nobody was sitting them. One group on 7 got a seat (by the way, there was never less then 5 tables & 3 to 4 seats at the bar available while I was there). This is an airport, making people wait that long is a bad look.
I can't blame the staff, they look all over 30-40 y.o. & seems to have a solid service routine & busy non stop & they were nice. (Let's be real here, since gen Alpha took over the service industry,'good service' is now only an historical mention about the 20th century...)
There's obviously a management issue probably rooted in a disfunctional kitchen. It was pretty obvious, seeing staff waiting at the kitchen for pretty simple fares & hearing staff at the bar complening about the cooks... I waited 24min for a chicken sandwich with fries.
The sandwich itself was not great. Very unriped tomato & the chicken had a doubtful smell... I'll update if there's consequences to me eating it.
There's better options in this terminal for pretty much the same prices.
Update: the smelly chicken had no bad health effect. Non-issue here.

Le service est déplorable.
Nous nous installons, le serveur ne nous donne pas de carte. Nous voulons commander un soda avec ma compagne, la réponse du serveur :' non monsieur c'est un bar, ici on boit de l'alcool'.
Approche intéressante, mais pourquoi pas.
Nous cherchons d'autres options pour consommer:'est ce possible d'avoir un mojito? Non. Est-ce que vous avez d'autres cocktail ? Oui.'
Quel verbiage & quel professionnalisme...
Nous commandons une bière & une boisson sans alcool.
Puis après avoir été pressuré pour faire un choix, nous attendons nos commandes pendant 15 à 20 min...
Pour clore ce spectacle de clowns, je veux régler ma part, & comme nous sommes a une table de six, monsieur me dit :'non, on ne sépare pas l'addition ici'
Je me retrouve donc a régler la table.
Pour finir je me rends compte que j'ai laisser un pourboire sans avoir validé quoique ce soit sur le tpe.
Toute ces démarches sont a la fois peu orthodoxes & énervantes.
Que certaines de ces pratiques soient courantes, encore une fois pourquoi pas. Mais le cumule de ces pratiques, & le manque de flexibilité du service sont juste pitoyables.
Je déconseille vivement cet établissement qui s'apparente a un braquage organisé.
