We were told to sit in a corner when we arrived. Unfortunately, the table next to us was very loud & we could barely hear each other. One of the people from that table moved their chair & sat with their back toward us, blocking the passage, & no one from the staff addressed it.
Also, nobody came to service the hookah, & after a short time it stopped producing smoke. We also weren't given a small plate for the sugar wrappers, so we had to leave them on the table.
Overall, the service & atmosphere could definitely be improved.
C'est un bel endroit en soi, cependant le service est ridicule. Sans me remettre la facture au préalable, la serveuse entre le montant au terminal pour paiement & me le remet. Par la suite, je lui dit qu'il y a une erreur, un cocktail en trop sur ma facture. La serveuse me dit qu'elle ne peut rien faire car elle n'a pas les autorisation & de voir avec si l'une de mes amies peut me faire un transfert pour couvrir leur erreur…. Pardon?!! Manque de professionnalisme, je ne remettrai pas les pieds là-bas. Le décor est beau, mais ça s'arrête là!
Franchement je n'écris jamais d'avis mais je sentais que pour ma situation, c'était nécessaire. Samedi le 3 janvier, j'ai eu une très mauvaise expérience au bar. Le service était médiocre & les cocktails étaient franchement imbuvables. Les filles au bar offraient un service vraiment très médiocre & on semblait les déranger. La seule chose positive de la soirée a été la super serveuse Laurie, très serviable & attentive, elle ressortait vraiment du lot. Elle a offert un excellent service & a clairement sauvé notre soirée. Elle nous a accommoder du mieux qu'elle pouvait contenu la situation. Je reviendrais pour elle.
New place similar to Kenza lounge.
The crowd felt really ratchet honestly, the place gives off'pretenders & wannabes' vibes. The music was a mix of gangster, trendy house, & Arabic, & the whole place looked dirty. I went on a Sunday, & it was obvious they hadn't cleaned from the night before.
The staff weren't really working; they were just hanging out. We had to flag down our server multiple times because she was smoking shisha at the bar instead of taking care of the tables. I felt completely out of place.
I ordered a beer & they brought me a different one. When I told them it wasn't what I asked for, they just said they didn't have my beer anymore… but didn't bother telling me beforehand & brought me a cheaper one instead. Not acceptable.
The shish taouk plate was good, to be fair. My friend had the filet mignon & he didn't like it much.
I think this place would be great during the day for some shisha & gossip time with a friend, or even at night for drinks & shisha with a group. But since there are better spots in the area, it's unlikely I'd go back.
At night, it turns into a lounge/club with bottle service. Street parking available.
