As incredibly mouthwatering & delectable that those donuts look in that glass display next to the register as you're queued up waiting to order, I can't lie & say that it was as satisfying as I had expected. These donuts look good, but they are shockingly light &, well, kind of bland. It wouldn't have been a problem if there was a counter-taste to them, but there isn't. i ordered two Nutella donuts, a classic homer one, & a blueberry cheesecake one I believe. as a huge Nutella lover, this was definitely one of the sadder Nutella donuts I've had. It's okay, but the substance just wasn't there. There wasn't that drooling Nutella that would leak & smother me after I take a bite, but instead icing powder littered all over. The rest of them were the same, the same dough-ey taste with a bunch of icing powder. There was like a teaspoon of flavour that, in conjunction with the donut which was already quite flavourless to begin with, made the entire experience really bland. The flavours they come in are like a shell of what it should be. It should definitely be way sweeter or heavier of a taste, if that makes sense, & the donuts should have more to it as well! & let's be real, you're having a donut to indulge in a sweet treat, not to cut loose on calories. I want a donut that'll inflict my teeth with cavities & diagnose me with conditions right after I eat it. I crave it!!!!!!!!! The potential was definitely here but it fell short :(Voir plus

We visited Homers donut shop on Sherbrooke Street West in Montreal & it did not disappoint. The interior & exterior are vibrant & inviting, matching the variety of colorful donuts they offer. We tried several donuts, & they were all tasty. The crème brûlée donut was absolutely delicious, with a perfect caramelized topping. The apple fritter was flavorful, & the Boston cream was generously filled with a rich, tasty cream. Beyond the donuts, we couldn't resist trying their deep-fried crispy chicken sandwich served between two donuts (sorry no photo). It's as wild as it sounds, but the result was incredibly delicious It was messy, indulgent, & absolutely satisfying! My partner & I shared one, & it was the perfect amount. The staff were extremely patient & friendly, making the visit even better. We're still working our way through the donuts we bought, but so far, we're loving their light & fluffy texture. We finally tried this place out. I was hesitant at first because I kept hearing there was more donut than toppings. I'm glad I ignored those comments because the donuts were delicious. We purchased a dozen donuts for 4 of us. They lasted us a few days & still managed to keep the same soft texture & taste. If you want to pig out, this is the place to do it. You'll feel like a piggy but a happy one. Delicious & would definitely recommend! A+Voir plus

I usually like coming here but there is a new employee at the cash who was quite condescending with me, very cold & not friendly at all. I had to repeat myself 3 times. Upon arriving home, my order that was 2 donuts btw was wrong. I'm hoping it was an off day for him but it was pretty upsettingVoir plus

I'm all for artisanal doughnuts, but these didn't quite hit the spot for me, I prefer dough that is more fluffy & wasn't a huge fan of the icing either. Still a totally decent spot, & I like the late opening hours.Voir plus

Respect the pricres but the fact is every donut taste the same. The base is the same, but no matter the glaze or toppings you just taste the donut base because it is a heavyt oil taste. So the glaze is really cheap of cheap so makes the toppings you pay for cheap. it isnt bad but the price is good cause some donuts are way overpriced, but if the quality of chocolate glaze or maple glaze is just a bit better than commercial maybe. Also i loved stuffed donuts but slicing ing half rather than pipe in the filling is beyond lazy. Donuts are mid but thats still a good donut, but when you have all these cereal based candy toppings it is pointless & lazy rather than creative. i rather a good donut then a donut covered in candy bars or cerial cause you dont even taste it anywaysVoir plus

Fantastic selection of unique & delicious donuts! They're much larger than I'm used to which is some consollation for their price difference. Ingredients taste fresh, & the boston cream is super well stuffed! Would definitely recommend checking this place out, though be prepared for the price if you buy a full dozen.Voir plus

I've been to your location numerous times. I find that it's very difficult for me & I'm sure others to get inside your shop . I've mentioned it before & it's never been fixed . This morning a very nice gentleman came running over to help me step in & help me outside. If you could please make a ramp or even a few steps it would greatly help with getting in & out of the shop.Voir plus
