had a wonderful experience at Hindustani Thali in Montreal! The food was truly authentic & reminded me of home - full of flavor, fresh, & cooked with care. The service was excellent, attentive, & welcoming. What stood out the most was the owner, such a kind, friendly, & down-to-earth person who made the whole experience even better. You can really feel the passion they put into both the food & the hospitality.

Highly recommend this place if you're looking for genuine Indian food & a warm atmosphere. I'll definitely be coming back!

Superb experience at Hindusthali. You can really tell the owners are very passionate about their food. I loved being able to try all the different curries while there something I haven't seen before at other Indian restaurants. Will definitely be coming back.

best indian food I have ever had in Montreal, even the Mango Lassi is the best. All of the dishes were veggie so thats a plus. Service is also lovely & one thing I adored was the cups & jar like ancient times, I felt in an episode of Game Of Thrones.

"Hindusthali - A Taste of Home in Montreal" I recently visited Hindusthali & had their thali with naan-it felt just like home! The flavors were so authentic, it was as if my mother had cooked the meal herself. Every bite was filled with love & warmth, & the cuisine perfectly captured the essence of Indian home-cooking. The ambiance is welcoming, & the staff are kind & attentive. Whether you're vegan, vegetarian, or simply love good food, Hindusthali is a must-visit. It's more than a restaurant; it's a place where you feel connected to your roots. Highly recommended!

Amazing food, service & atmosphere. The food was warm, homely, & delicious! The staff was so kind & the service was so quick. I got Thali B with korma & aloo matar, chai & pista kulfi. I appreciated everything here. The chai was how proper chai would be, the food was so filling & the pista kulfi tasted like a dream. & to add to all of this, the food is so reasonably priced! I'd wanted to try proper Indian vegan food at a restaurant (not having to thrive on one vegan dish like aubergine & not having to worry about cross-contamination) for such a long time & I am grateful for each morsel of food I had the privilege of eating here. This was my first time visiting an Indian vegan restaurant in my 7 years of being vegan & I feel sad that I don't live in Montreal to savor this deliciousness more often. Thank you for being awesome! This is the kind of place you'd want to bring all your loved ones along for a celebration. I will definitely be here the next time I visit Montreal!

The food was excellent, the couple who owns the restaurant are kind & welcoming. The atmosphere is peaceful & clean. I like that there was not a million choices. You go there for tahli & authentic Indian flavors.
