Le chef Petro, inspiré par l’amour profond de sa mère Anna pour la cuisine grecque et sa fascination pour la mythologie de la Grèce antique, a décidé de lui rendre hommage d’une manière unique. Sa mère lui avait inculqué une profonde appréciation de la cuisine grecque traditionnelle et des histoires enchanteresses des dieux.En hommage à son influence et à son admiration pour Hermès, le messager des dieux, Petro a baptisé son nouveau restaurant « Hermès ». L’établissement associe les riches saveurs de l’héritage culinaire grec à une touche de charme mythologique, créant ainsi une expérience gastronomique qui célèbre à la fois l’héritage de sa grand-mère et l’attrait intemporel de la mythologie grecque.

What a hidden gem in Rosemere. We were served promptly & the food was delicious we had both chicken & pork gyro & it did not disappoint.

Petit lunch mère & fille mercredi 9 juillet ..belle découverte ..assiette .souvlaki pita poulet & assiette gyros poulet ...tout était délicieux & la fraicheur des oignons,tomates,concombres de la salade. Les frites 10/10 .Vraiment nous y retournerons ..le service de notre serveuse parfait .Bravo à toute l équipe des cook .🤎

I highly recommend this new hidden gem in Rosemère. The pork gyro plate & the Athena gyro chicken bowl were simply deelish. Greek home made food that's flavoured to perfection! Wishing you all great success.

The gyro was burnt & nearly inedible, which really threw off the whole meal. The sides-potatoes, rice, fries, & salad-were good.
That said, I'm willing to give it another try. Everyone has off days, & hopefully next time will be better.

Great Greek food. Gyros were good (can you screw up a gyro though? 😂) what surprised us were the sides. The potatoes, french fries & salads were fantastic. If you are in the area I would definitely recommend stopping here. Owners & staff were so friendly.

Update: went back last night & got a few more pork gyros & some fries, gyros are absolutely amazing, one of my favorites. Staff is still super friendly. Fries are good but not my style. I prefer fresh cut potatoes. This is definitely the best gyro on the north shore hands down!
Staff is SUPER friendly, went there last night for take out, took 2 gyro, amazing, in my top 3 gyros, prices are good, didn't have time to try anything else but from what I hear the fries are amazing too, will make a more in-depth review & update mine next time.

Quelle belle découverte! Mon conjoint & moi avons pris du take out & honnêtement c'est le meilleur restaurant grecque que nous avons essayé! Meilleur gyro ! & le service a été agréable.

Just had an excellent experience eating here with my family. The gyro was exceptional. My daughter's pork souvlaki was excellent. Quality ingredients & great service. It's really nice to have an excellent dine-in & pick up option on the North Shore. Wishing you guys the best, we will definitely be back!!

Nous avons super bien mangé, le pain des gyros étaient si frais, les 2 salades super bonnes, le riz, les patates, vraiment tout!

It was a delivery order. My order arrived warm more on the colder side. Food was good ,tasty, but portioned for the price .My complete order was a chicken gyro plate that came with fries,rice salade, a pork gyros plate, & 2 pork gyro pitas. Three star given because of food temperature & portion.
