Le chef Petro, inspiré par l’amour profond de sa mère Anna pour la cuisine grecque et sa fascination pour la mythologie de la Grèce antique, a décidé de lui rendre hommage d’une manière unique. Sa mère lui avait inculqué une profonde appréciation de la cuisine grecque traditionnelle et des histoires enchanteresses des dieux.En hommage à son influence et à son admiration pour Hermès, le messager des dieux, Petro a baptisé son nouveau restaurant « Hermès ». L’établissement associe les riches saveurs de l’héritage culinaire grec à une touche de charme mythologique, créant ainsi une expérience gastronomique qui célèbre à la fois l’héritage de sa grand-mère et l’attrait intemporel de la mythologie grecque.

The best Greek food I've tried hands down, I've been to Greece & nothing beats this place. Not only was the food amazing but the service was impeccable. Although we didn't have a reservation for a Saturday night they accommodated us & gave us complimentary food for the short wait. They were very attentive to our needs & made sure our water was always full. They even gave out ouzo shots to end the night. My parents & I are always well taken care of when we eat here, I have nothing but good things to say & we will continue to come back
I went last night for the first time, & from the moment I walked in , it transported me straight back to my childhood in Greece. The flavours are so authentic, so deeply familiar, that I had one of those rare moments where you take a bite, stop, & think: this tastes like home. The food was absolutely declisious !!!!
The quality is exceptional. Fresh ingredients, perfectly seasoned dishes, & that unmistakable Greek warmth in every flavour. Everything tasted intentional, nothing rushed, nothing generic. It's the kind of food that tells a story, & Hermès tells it beautifully.
& the service? Outstanding. Warm, attentive, & genuinely proud of what they bring to the table. They welcome you like family, not customers, which is rarer than it should be.
I felt reconnected with tradition, with nostalgia, with everything we grew up loving about Greek food.
Just had dinner & If we could leave more starts we would , authentic, friendly , fresh from starter to desserts. This Greek restaurant is the real deal.. can't believe we were looking for similar spot all these years !!
Excellent greek food! Highly recommended. Will definitely be back as there is so much more I want to try. Best Greek restaurant I've been to in Montreal by far!
Took a chance on this new discovery & we were all pleased. From the food to the service, everything was outstanding!! Delicious authentic Greek food. Try it & you won't be disappointed.

Amazingly delicious food. The service is extremely nice, friendly, helpful, & attentive. & the atmosphere is super comfy & cozy. Ever since type of meat I got to enjoy was absolute perfection. This is my new favourite Greek restaurant.
Went because a friend recommended it to us. It was everything they hyped it up to be & more. Warm welcome from the staff, delicious & flavorful food, definitely became our new go to for greek flavors! I hope this restaurant gets all the success it deserves.
Super cute Greek restaurant with ample space, extremely friendly & efficient service, & of course quality, greek dishes. We felt there was a lot of care in the food, & our waiter was great. They also have a fully sectioned room that we think can probably be booked for private events. Super clean & modern.

Excellent food; fresh, authentic, delicious,'home-made' in the family kitchen of the restaurant
Excellent location; easy access, beautiful area, parking spaces in front of the place.
Excellent interior; cozy, clean, filled with natural light.
The service is… courageous. One more waitress on duty would have transformed this comment to'excellent service'. But it is family-owned-operated, relatively new restaurant, so it's understandable that they are trying to limit the overhead. That's okay. The quality of the food compensates this shortcoming (& btw, the waitress was a very nice person, despite the fact that she was so overworked…)
The only problem : this is not bring a «your own wine» eatery.
Whoever decided this in the family of the owners, made a mistake there. A wrong calculation.
This could become the sole reason why such a good restaurant may end up having to… struggle. Considering notably the immediate competition, since there are so many - quite good - Greek restaurants, which are «your own wine» type. Which could cut the clients' bill in half, depending on the people who are around the table.
Just cancel that other liquor license, replace it with the one corresponding to the'bring your own wine' formula, & make sure to announce this everywhere you can on the Internet - starting with your website - .
As soon you do that, we shall return, with our bottles of wine (by the way, clients who are drinkers, usually, order more food… while with the price of the bottles that you are selling, they will either not drink at all, or drink much less, & thus, order less food…)
Honestly… The best greek restaurant I have tried in recent years. The food is amazing, the staff is very welcoming, & the ambiance is great. I would highly recommend for anyone to give this restaurant a try… You won't be disappointed!
