Walking down St Catherine Street day or night is always interesting to me, with people watching, shopping & all the great spots to enjoy the moment. We enjoyed a lovely experience after deciding to walk in & check out the hotel lobby. We noticed the lovely bar as we walked through the lobby to the guest reception. This is a very beautiful spot with some interesting history. I look forward to coming back & staying at the hotel.

The bar area had a DJ playing some chill tunes as we walked up to the counter seating along the bar. Service was prompt & good. I had'Le Rumeur' cocktail & my wife had the spicy margarita (with another name). I was pleasantly surprised at how good both cocktails were. Not too sweet, an appropriate amount of alcohol, & the right amount of lime.

Speaking with a bartender, it is apparently a good spot to eat, but that review will have to wait upon my return! I recommend a visit to Henri's the next time you are in the area, & want to enjoy a moment in an extraordinary Monteal location.

We stayed at Hotel Birks & this was its lounge. Amazing ambience, drinks & snacks. The service is excellent. Special thanks to Cristiana & David, who made our nightly cocktails so very special. My husband is still raving about the oysters & martini. & thanks again to Christiana for accommodating our friends for drinks. It was a good start to our evening. We also had a chance to have dinner one night & the food was excellent. The design of the space allowed us to sit by an open window that was essentially sitting outside. It's a very nice space with gracious hosts. We recommend!!!

Excellent pour le dîner & le déjeuner. Oubliez le petit-déjeuner qui est cher & ne présente aucun intérêt. Le décor est superbe, le service est vraiment sympa. A faire.

What a beautiful restaurant located at the heart of downtown, food was exceptional & delicious.
This is my second visit in one week as I'm staying at the hotel & it never disappoints you.
My comment was on the waitress who served us in the breakfast today who acted weird once she saw the tipping amount. It wasn't the expectation in a high end restaurant.
Thanks to chef for the great food they served us.
