J'ai découvert cet établissement grâce à TikTok : ce que je voyais semblait délicieux, & il fallait que mes papilles en constatent d'elles-mêmes. Ce fut chose faite un soir de décembre, sous les premières neiges.
En entrée, nous avons pris un baba ghanouj, une purée d'aubergine fumée (un vrai délice), garnie de graines de grenade, d'huile d'olive, de poivron vert & d'autres ingrédients que j'oublie sûrement. Moi qui n'avais pas gardé un bon souvenir des aubergines de mon enfance, ce plat m'a totalement réconcilié avec ce légume !
La salade fattoush était une véritable merveille : une belle portion, avec chips de pita au sumac, menthe fraîche, grenade, concombre, poivrons… Une explosion de saveurs qui nous a fait voyager dès les premières bouchées.
Ensuite, nous avons enchaîné avec le loup de mer au tajine tahini : un superbe filet surmonté de chips de pita & de pignons de pin, qui rehaussent vraiment le plat.
Par pure gourmandise, nous avons terminé par des crêpes au baklawa - que nous n'avons pas pu finir, faute de place !
Le service était très efficace, attentionné au point de nous demander. si le dessert nous avait déçu parce que nous en avons laissé une grosse part.
On y retourne ? Sans hésiter ! Mais en essayant d'être plus raisonnable dans le choix des plats :)Voir plus

It's my favorite Lebanese restaurant in town ! Located in the heart of the old port, both the terrace & the interior of the restaurant have a very a very beautiful design & esthetic (ideal for a date). Everything tastes fresh & authentic, & the positions are very generous. It is my second time going to this restaurant au both times the service was perfect & very efficient. I especially recommend this place for all the pistachio lovers out there, it's incorporated in many meals with great taste! I recommend trying the Muhammara, the beef eggplant appetizer & main course, along with their lamb shank!Voir plus

La cuisine n'a rien de spécial. Très peu de choix, les plats manquent de saveur & les portions sont vraiment petites - j'ai été surpris par la quantité. Le serveur, un jeune homme, était sympathique, mais les autres membres du personnel, non. Le propriétaire ou le gérant (je ne sais pas exactement) était carrément arrogant. Il n'y avait aucune ambiance.
Franchement, 150$ pour ça, ce n'était pas mérité. En sortant, on avait encore faim 😏. Je n'y retournerai jamais & je ne le recommande pas. Shay est largement meilleur, autant pour le choix que pour le goût.Voir plus

Had a beautiful patio dinner here one evening in June. Ordered a cocktail & two appetizers, which was more than enough food for one person. They also brought out complementary breadsticks with labneh & za'atar to accompany the cocktail, which was very kind.
Servers were lovely - attentive without being overbearing.
Restaurant serves higher-end food in a touristy part of town - the prices reflect that.

Great halal food in the old port, great views too & the restaurant is beautiful inside & nice terrace.
However the service could definitely improve. Food took a while to arrive, water wasn't filled often despite it being a hot day.
Staff wasn't that welcoming, id suggest more training for the servers about customer relation. A simple thank you good evening at the end of the dinner goes a long way.Voir plus
