Wow wow wow wow! Quelle expérience exceptionnelle au restaurant The Hang !
Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été charmés par le décor absolument stunning & l'ambiance générale, à la fois chaleureuse & moderne. On sent tout de suite qu'on est dans un lieu pensé avec passion.
Le service ? Un 15/10 sans hésitation ! Nous avons eu la chance d'être accueillis par leur serveuse la plus ancienne, une personne d'une gentillesse rare. Elle a pris le temps de répondre à toutes nos questions, de partager son amour pour l'établissement & de nous guider à travers le menu vietnamien fusion avec passion. Grâce à elle, nous avons appris beaucoup de choses sur la cuisine vietnamienne & sur l'histoire touchante derrière The Hang - une histoire de famille, de nostalgie & de dévouement.
Côté cuisine : un pur bonheur. Chaque plat & chaque cocktail étaient une explosion de saveurs, maîtrisés à la perfection. Cela faisait longtemps que nous n'avions pas été aussi surpris & comblés par un repas à Montréal. La fusion des saveurs était audacieuse mais parfaitement équilibrée. Mention spéciale pour le pho au wagyu… même si la recette secrète du bouillon reste bien gardée !
Une expérience vietnamienne inoubliable en plein coeur de Montréal. Nous y retournerons sans aucune hésitation, cette fois avec nos amis & notre famille !

Service, atmosphere & cocktails are quite nice - no issues there.
But we came for food & we were left unimpressed. Everything is either very overpriced for what you receive or is lacking flavour. Two in my party got the Pho & while the beef was good, the broth / soup was subpar.

We loved our time at the hang bar we ate the famous pho soup with bone marrow & wagyu. Karina took care of us she was very nice!

Love the vibes here! We tried a variety of dishes, including the wagyu pho, the sea bass, the tartare salad, the chicken wings, filet mignon, the vegan curry & more. I highly recommend the beef tartare salad, it was so fresh & had the right balance of tangy & sweet. I will definitely be coming back for that dish. The decor is impressive, super sophisticated & relax. Service was excellent, the servers were quick & attentive. Great time overall!

Great experience at Hang bar! The food was delicious & the decor is unique & gives off a relaxed & sophisticated atmosphere. Highly recommend the wagyu pho & the beef tartare salad.

Where do I start. Overall the food experience was amazing. Removed a star for how overpriced everything is. The Pho broth was like a warm hug, I want that every night before I go to bed or when I'm sick. Question tho, was the giant bone marrow supposed to have anything substantial in it or just decor. It was decor for us. Service was poor, water was refilled but our first plate maybe took 45 mins to come out. It was a Saturday night sure, but please staff accordingly. Oh & after looking at our bill that was split 4 ways, each of us was charged a full order of entree on top. Corrected by the waitress but no apologies for the error. Lastly, while the atmosphere was a nice cozy vibe, music was waaay too loud for dinner music. Hard to have a conversation with your table. Id recommend it overall for the food, so kudos to the chef, but take all of the above in consideration.

Have in mind this is a Vietnamese inspired fusion restaurant so do not expect to have your traditional Pho or other dishes. This place has an amazing ambiance, great customer service & food is very good but not excellent. My wife & I had a great time & would recommend this place for a date night.

Très bel endroit & très beau menu! Le pho wagyu était savoureux, le bouillon était en revanche un peu trop relevé à mon goût. Une très belle expérience tout de même!

le décor est très joli ça donne le goût d'y rester. Les employés sont aimables & courtois & ouverts à aider le client, mon serveur était gentil & attentif. La nourriture par contre était décevante, petite portions pour le prix & rien d'innovant quand au goût. Le petit gâteau vert au pandan dans mes photos est presque 20$ & les 3 crevettes 60$ avec tip & taxes lol

love the atmosphere! it's cute for a date or group hang. the staff is friendly & accommodating. i got the filet mignon pho & spring rolls for lunch. the prices are fair for the quality that you get. definitely gonna be my new regular spot!

The best service & the best Vietnamese I've had in a while. I came this past Friday with a couple of friends, the hostess (I forgot her name but it starts with a D) was super sweet & offered us the bar, & I was greeted by the nicest bartender. Had the pho & the tartare. It was perfection. The manager kept coming to see us & asking if everything was going well. Thank you again & can't wait to come back.

Upscale Vietnamese food with fancy ingredients such as gold leaf, bone marrow & foie gras. The phò with bone marrow was great (bone marrow was a little too salty for me) with excellent phò broth. Loved the BB rolls (my absolute fave), beef salad was also excellent. Luc lac was also great.

Le service était excellent, très efficace & amical. Les pétoncles étaient parfaitement cuites & le pho était savoureux! J'ai moins aimé le gâteau au pandan, partiellement car il était un peu dense. Je pense qu'il n'avait pas encore entièrement dégelé puisque nous sommes allés au restaurant à l'ouverture. Or, le mélange des saveurs & des textures était bien équilibré. Enfin, l'ambiance était parfaite.

I reserved a table for my birthday supper & all I can say is that every aspect of my experience was top notch! The food was perfectly curated to fit the theme they embody, with amazing flavour combinations that pleasantly surprised me. The drinks were very unique & delicious, especially the one with popping boba in it (which I’ve never seen done before in a restaurant!). Not to mention, the place is gorgeous & definitely worthy of taking photos. Special thanks to Marc-Olivier the manager who made us feel welcome & took great care of us all night. Would definitely recommend Hang for those looking to celebrate a special event or just to go have a drink!:)
