I recently visited Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ on August 11th, & I must say, the experience was exceptional from start to finish. As a "BBQ aficionado", I opted for the Meat Lover's option, & I was initially concerned it might not be enough. To my surprise, it was more than sufficient-so much so that even with my hearty appetite, I found myself struggling to finish the last few bites! The service was phenomenal. Our waiter, whose name I regret not asking, was outstanding. He provided excellent explanations of all the dishes & checked in on us regularly. Despite the restaurant being full, the dishes came out quickly & in a steady flow-within 10 minutes, our table was completely filled. Even though I wasn't in the best mood that evening due to unrelated reasons, the food & service completely turned my night around. The atmosphere was lively but not overly loud, & the table separators added a nice touch of privacy. I left Gyu-Kaku feeling completely satisfied & eager to return. This restaurant was so yummy, I had such a good time going. I ate very well 🙂.It was my first time going to a Japanese Bbq & the server was very helpful throughout the whole dinner, she helped recommend me a delicious menu👍. The portions are really huge & the cuts of meat are good quality, it makes me want to go back every weekend. 🫣this place is popular so there is a time limit🥲, make sure you plan accordingly~View more

First time trying this place & it definitely exceeded our expectations! We arrived without a reservation but the staff was incredibly accommodating & managed to find us a table. Our server, Lawrence, was top-notch! He was attentive & made sure we had everything we needed. As huge BBQ fans, we've tried our fair share of places, but this one takes the cake!
