i used to order from this place for my kids until i noticed today that they use the same tong to put the raw chicken on the grill & remove the ones that are cooked. Maybe they haven't head of salmonella. Cancelled my order.Voir plus

Disappointing lunch. I heard lots of good things about this place. My mother & I are the only ones waiting in line. He asks us what we want to order & we tell him. He then proceeds to finish 3 online/takeaway orders before starting with ours, making us wait for over 5 minutes. Once he starts with our orders, he rushes it all & doesn't explain anything to us. I end up getting this plate. Portion is not worth the price AT ALL. Small spoonful of salad & tiny pieces of meat. The chicken was undercooked & not pleasant to chew. I was told that this place's chicken is smooth to eat, but mine felt raw in places, & it had those little white pieces of plastic in them, which I had to spit out. Funniest part is their card machine asking for tip, lol. Making us wait in line with no one else, while they take their time preparing online orders, then rush explaining to us how to order, & to serve us this mediocre food + small portion. Never visiting Torino again.Voir plus
