I went to this gong cha today, my friend ask if they had a bathroom & they said no & then when an Asian person asked for it, they gave her the bathroom key. we also asked for a matcha with mango & it was literally just matcha & when we told the cashier we almost had to beg to have another one. Also the cashiers were really unkind (I get it's late but still why are you working on customer service if you can't be at least a little bit kind) & last they're supposed to close at 10pm but they weren't accepting people after 9:30

After placing an order I waited 15 mins to get my drink! People that placed orders after me were getting served first. They were so disorganized & did not properly track their orders.
People were also returning drinks because it was not the correct order.
Their waffle maker was also not working so they also had to issue refunds!
Seriously bubble teas are not rocket science.

The neopets cotton candy drink was amazing. I look forward to trying more drinks. This is a great tea shop to have in a very good location downtown.

Je suis déçu... les personnes derrière le comptoir étaient peu professionnels...& en sous effectif pour un soir d'affluence.
Dommage, j'apprécie généralement l'enseigne.
