the tea is bomb & the staff is always super nice but i went in today for the firt time in like a month maybe & EVERYTHING is AI now. EW. the menus & posters were fine as they were before, there was so need to change them; now it just looks tacky. very disappointing, yall will not be getting my money anymore 🙅🏻?♀?

Worst service I've ever experienced. After deciding I no longer wanted it because of the excessive wait
I asked for a refund. The employee refused, even though the order hadn't been made yet. Very disappointing customer service. I definitely won't be coming back.

I adore this place & have been a regular customer but I am not a fan of the AI posters & marketing. This place is lovely but I can't support a company that uses AI. I hope they reconside

Disappointing bubble tea :/ doesn't taste like much, they are always running out of ingredients. The worst is how little boba they put inside wouldn't recommend

I went here once about a month ago the staff are overworked/understaffed & they never have any toilet paper in the bathroom & they never seem to know where it is

The bubble tea slush was watered down & complete liquid, it tasted awful. It made my friend sick. I don't recommend this place.

If you want to have a testless drink with only ice, & no perles this is the place to be. I could buy an iced tea bottle from any grocery store it would be better & cheaper.

Ordering from the machine is a horrible experience. The touch screen doesn't work well & you have to click multiple times on a dirty screen for it to decide you touched it. Also they offer promotions, such as a free topping on Tuesday (when we went) but this was not offered on the screen & we didn't notice until we had already ordered. Kinda disappointing. Place is also a bit dirty :/ tea taste decent though!
