Le 25 juin à 4h29 & le 1er juillet à 4h36, mes enfants ont acheté deux fois des bubble teas pour obtenir les porte?clés Felix.
La publicité indique clairement qu'il faut acheter 2 breuvages Felix pour recevoir le cadeau.
Pourtant, à deux reprises, votre caissière a affirmé qu'il fallait en acheter 3, ce qui contredit votre propre promotion.
le 1er juillet à 4h36,elle a même prétendu que c'était écrit sur l'Instagram de Gongcha Dix30 - ce qui est faux.
J'exige une explication de la part d'un responsable. Pourquoi vos employés appliquent-ils des règles différentes de celles annoncées ?
L'employé, le jeune homme all time àl'air malheureux, jamais smiling face, jamais'Bonjour' C'est comme on n'est vraiment pas bienvenue.

Tapioca is rarely available at night. What's on the menu isn't what they offer. (June) DiX30

Today, after a week, I gave them another chance. It's 11:50 am & they still don't have tapioca. The person who served us had a bad attitude. Poor & inefficient service.(July) Dix 30

I enjoyed the lychee frappé but replace the AC in the place because the clerk, she is super nice but looked like she was suffering. Be kind & get a better AC because the place felt like Miami beach minus the beach.

Drink was refreshing.

Le matcha a la fraise est vraiment pas bon ! Ce n'est pas de vraies fraises mais un genre gelé/ sirop de fraise pour un prix elevé. Très déçue!

Drinks are good but every time I order with my wife, they get our sugar & ice level mixed up, even though the receipt & the labels on the drinks clearly state the level of sugar & ice.
