Gon Bui is a new Chinese resto-bar inspired by the lost temples in China. Gon Bui means 'Cheers' in Cantonese. We create our own new-Asian tapas dishes, inspired from traditional with a playful twist.

Première expérience à ce resto! Chouette décoration, l'ambiance est sympa. Les serveurs sont très souriants & attentifs (Clark). Certains plats sont un peu dispendieux pour la quantité. Je recommande les calamars

The vibe of this chinese restaurant is the best, they play good music & quick service.
The only thing that makes me remove a star is the fact that theres not that many gluten free options but as a celiac I really enjoyed their Hong Kong curry, it was delicious. Highly recommend!
Their drinks are also very good.
Super belle découverte! La nourriture était délicieuse, fraîche & bien assaisonnée. le service était rapide & courtois. L'endroit est propre & l'ambiance chaleureuse. Notre serveur Clark etait parfait. Je recommande fortement si vous cherchez un bon resto chinois dans le coin. J'y retournerai sans hésiter!
Je suis allé en soirée il y a plusieurs années & c'était bon, les prix sont quand même élevé mais les goûts asiatiques sont présents.
Je suis retourné pour un brunch, c'était bon mais encore une fois assez dispendieux. La portion du général tao est super, par contre les morceaux de poulet sont sec.
Je recommande pour les dumplings à la viande. Ceux aux crevettes sont ok mais pas incroyable.
Great experience at Gon Bui. The food was delicious. Jiang Jiang was good I would recommend thickening the sauce a bit more. The Siu Mai excellent. To die for Scallops Crudo. Definitely will be coming back soon. Clarke our server is a great asset to this establishment extremely happy abd polite. I loved watching the kids next to us the slurping their mocktails. 😊
considéré comme ma deuxième maison, le gon bui a toujours eu une place spéciale dans mon coeur autant dans le menu que dans l'ambiance avec le staff. Clark donne toujours un excellent service à chaque fois, sans exception! shoutout a tommy dans la cuisine, chef cook hors pair! je recommande sans aucun doute!

food was not that good, the only thing that amazed us was the pistachio churros very good would recommend, other than that the food is not worth it, price point is good, location is good with alot of parking, service was not that good felt like we were bothering him any time we asked anything, but the atmosphere is nice its spacious as well with ambient lighting
Cool place ! Came here Friday evening, group of 6 ppl. As you enter the atmosphere is really cool & DJ playing music. This is like a tapas place, I recommend to share & try different dishes. The got a bit of everything, my favorite was the fried squid & the chicken curry. Drinks were good as well.
Oh my gawd. The food? 10/10 & so is the service. The gentleman who served us knew the menu by heart & recommended for my children portions they would enjoy. Ambiance & food are out of this world. Every time!

One of the best dates i've had ! The ambiance is amazing, the service is great, the cocktails/mocktails are good & the food is better that I expected ! I soooo recommend !
Original drinks, Wonton was right, Beef dumplings was fresh & the curry was tasty. Even if the service was divided between server I have nothing to say about it. Very affordable & various options ranging by portion. Overall, it was a nice discovery, I would recommend to try it, but for myself I would not go again, nothing made me go crazy.
We planned a group dinner at Gon Bui for my husband's birthday, & it was an incredible experience from start to finish. Unlike many other places, they don't require a set group menu, which gave us the flexibility to order exactly what we wanted based on our preferences & budget. Every dish was outstanding. I'm still dreaming about the shrimp dumplings, & my husband can't stop talking about the chicken burger. The cocktails were equally impressive, with flavors that perfectly complemented the meal. A special shout-out to Lucas, who handled our reservation with patience & accommodated multiple changes seamlessly. Highly recommend Gon Bui for any occasion!
Essayez la Poutine de Porc avec la sauce c est tres bon, le prix de l alcohol est un peu élevée mais ca passe, recommandation acheter les Calmars c est les meilleurs de Laval, une place tres cozy & ils ont un dj les weekend!
Un sans faute pour ce resto! WOW! TOUT était parfait...vraiment je le recommande..le staff génial, présent & la bouffe..les meilleurs calmars ever! Les drinks incomparable! Rapport qualité/ prix du jamais vu....Quoi dire de l'ambiance..un DJ perfect! 200% pour le Gon-Bui Vous êtes A+++
