Désoler du retard de publication haha mais je viens de retrouver la carte dans mon sac a main! Nous étions de passage a Montreal pour le cirque du soleil & nous sommes arrêté manger au Gaspar, ce, 20 minutes avant la fermeture des cuisines. Notre très cher serveur Dominic nous a servis comme des rois & sans aucune pression sur la fermeture! Des rires des privilèges hihi & des frites gratuites car il les trouvait trop froide. Son sourire sa bonne humeur son charisme est vraiment a souligné!! On peux voir que son travail il l'a vraiment à coeur & qu'il donne un plus pour son service client!! Nous sommes du lac st-jean & c'était un pur hasard d'aller manger au Gaspar si tard mais j'avais vraiment faim donc nôtres choix c'était arrêté la ou j'étais debout a cette instant haha. & c'est certain que je vais maintenant recommander ce restaurant a mon entourage de mtl & je ferais le détour une prochaine fois pour aller manger là. En espérant tomber sur Dominic. Bonne nourriture! Bonne ambiance, service exceptionnel. Pour avoir été serveuse durant 16 ans & gestionnaire de restaurant durant 3 ans! Je peux dire que Dominic est vraiment le type d'employé a avoir. Je suis sans aucun doute que les autres sont aussi formidables mais c'était vraiment agréable d'être servis par ce serveur!! Fantastic experience! The best hollandaise sauce, terrific salmon, delicious crepes & bagels. Salad was exceptional. The only thing I would change is the fries. Those are from a frozen package instead of delicious local Canadian potatoes. To be back!!View more

The filet mignon was delicious with the polenta but the foie gras sauce didn't have even a hint of foie gras. I tried my friend's pasta & it was mediocre. Charcuterie plate was alright. Chocolate torte was a bit too dark, the ice cream helped but we couldn't finish it even when sharing. There were a couple of problems with the service but the server proactively rectified it (without us asking). Price was reasonable by Old Montreal standards. Nice stone walls.View more

Très beau restaurant typique du Vieux Montréal. Il y a une bonne ambiance mais c'est très bruyant... La terrine de foie gras était excellente mais le confit de canard était trop cuit & beaucoup trop de salade dans l'assiette !!! Des légumes auraient été plus savoureux... Bon service.View more
