This is our third time at Gaspar Brasserie. Each time we come the restaurant, the place is consistent. My salmon was cooked to perfection & my husband's filet mignon too. The place is very pleasant as our server Marie-Flo. She took the time to give us some recommendations. We enjoyed our meal very much. Nous avons mangé un tartare de bison, une entrée de foie de gras & une joue de boeuf & tout était incroyable. Épicuriens & amateur de bonne bouffe, vous serez comblés. Un vrai petit bijoux du vieux Montréal.
