The better location, although it seems more expensive due to portion sizes. Service is impeccable & the interior looks amazing. I got tiny 2 macarons for 11$ but they were good so no complaints 😂View more

Very delicious, drinks are great. I ordered something with spice & unfortunately spice isn't a universal scale so I had to get something else as it was too much for me. Flavours were delicious, I would definitely return.View more

I believe they have the best Southeast Asian food. The quality of the food is very good, & pretty close to the original version. Also they have various menus (they need to add more options for the dessert tho), & they have very great vibe. If you eat pork, definitely you have plenty options, but if you don’t, then the veg options pretty delicious too.View more

Was excited to visit Garden Room on vacation! Had a wonderful time at the upscale Thai restaurant. We didn't have a reservation, but they were able to seat us for a bit under an hour & a half before the next group came in. Had read some reviews about a small portion size for the price, but we found it reasonable! Had the Baa Mee Moo, Vegan Fried Rice, Dried Noodle with Braised Beef, Tom Yum, Thai Iced Coffee with Condensed Milk, & Tapioca. The tom yum wasn't overly spicy which was fine for us, & colourful to the eye. Loved the fried rice! I only wish the vegetables (cauliflower & broccoli in particular) were a tad softer & cooked for longer as they were cut in larger florets, which made it harder to eat.
Mango is not in season so we couldn't order the sticky rice, & had the tapioca instead. It was delicious! Helpful service as well, & a dim lit stunning dining space.View more

*** Come again to La Garden room , the second time in a month, fall in love with the soup noodles ! At the end of the meal, add a bowl of Thai steam rice, & have a mouthful after it has absorbed enough soup, spicy & happy, too satisfied!

The bench was very low compared to the table, felt like we were too sunk in especially compared to the people on chairs.
Took the boat noodles & found the noodles to be very overcooked + the beef was extremely tough. Friends enjoyed their food however.

Best restaurant ever! I was here for my friend's birthday (party of 7). The restaurant is just the perfect atmosphere of privacy & minimalist luxury. The food was lovely & affordable. & the service? Excellent! I'd definitely be back.

Food was ok - pad Thai was very sweet almost as if sugar or plum sauce was added to it
Service was horrible - waitress walked away as I was speaking to her. She also never took half the tables order 😅

Stopped in for dinner one night w/ my husband, lots of staff busying about but it seemed there was no designated host. We waited a while at the front trying to get someone's attention, & once we did, they were totally lovely & we received great service throughout the experience. The food came out quickly, within 15 minutes of ordering. While tasty, there was very little discernible heat in any of the dishes we ordered, though ours ranged from 2-4 chili peppers on the 5-pepper rating system. My husband's rice was undercooked. The portions were on the smaller side for the price, & even the center of my heap of noodles was maybe a couple degrees warmer than room temp. If we had not been on the tail end of a long day of traveling, we agreed in hindsight we would have given this feedback to wait staff & I feel confident they would have responded graciously.
