On retourne une fusion entre l'authenticité de la cuisine italienne & une twist québécoise moderne. Joe le propriétaire & chef est tellement sympathique. Les portions sont très généreuses & les pizza biens garnies. La pâte est excellente. Légère, élastique & goûteuse. Cannot say enough good things about Joe & his delicious food!! Meatballs were to die for tender; pizzas (we ordered the mushroom & the spinach ones) had the best, lightest, tastiest crust; & the tiramisu & cookie were perfect ways to end our meal (not too sweet, but flavorful). The chili oil is AMAZING & SPICY, buy a whole jar for your pizzas!! You can taste how much love & effort Joe puts into every dish, we HIGHLY recommend you get to G Pizzas ASAP!
