Ordered through Skip The Dishes & the pizzas were mostly crust, & half the crusts were burnt. I should have taken photos.The scant toppings were delicious, though. Total with tax & delivery was $75 for 2 pizzas (I chose the 2 pizza combo deal & actually ended up paying $2 more than if I'd ordered them on their own?), definitely in the top tier of most painful wastes of money I've ever had for food. Obviously YMMV based on other people's pics here.
I'm from CT & anyone who's had pizza from New Haven (Sally's, Pepe's) knows how special & friggin delicious it is! The pizza from G's is right up there. The crust, the char, the sauce. Amazing!
Cannot say enough good things about Joe & his delicious food!! Meatballs were to die for tender; pizzas (we ordered the mushroom & the spinach ones) had the best, lightest, tastiest crust; & the tiramisu & cookie were perfect ways to end our meal (not too sweet, but flavorful). The chili oil is AMAZING & SPICY, buy a whole jar for your pizzas!! You can taste how much love & effort Joe puts into every dish, we HIGHLY recommend you get to G Pizzas ASAP! We'll be back very soon to try his other pizzas, we won't be able to stay away too long!!
I am truly a pizza lover & like all pizza types (thin/thick crust). I do not understand the hype about this place at all. Ordered 2 different pizza. Both were not good & more expensive than other places (& it was a pick-up). Would I go back? Nope.
