Fuwa Fuwa is described as a standout for ultra-light Japanese and soufflé pancakes, croffles, and decadent desserts, with many praising the airy textures, delicate flavors like tiramisu and pistachio, and the visually appealing presentations; the robot server adds a playful element that some find charming while others view as a gimmick. The menu items frequently highlighted include the tiramisu and matcha pancakes and the Basque cheesecake, though some experiences note eggy or undercooked pancakes, uneven fillings, or portions that feel small for the price. Wait times are a dominant theme, as made to order pancakes can take longer than expected, and in busy times service can feel slow or disorganized. Cleanliness and atmosphere receive mixed reviews, with some calling the space cozy and Instagram friendly and others reporting dirty tables or bathrooms and cramped layouts that hamper comfort. Service quality varies, with many staff described as friendly and attentive, while others encounter monotone or inattentive service or language barriers. Overall Fuwa Fuwa seems to be a popular dessert destination worth trying for pancake lovers who have time to spare and are open to premium pricing, but it may not satisfy those seeking quick service, consistent value, or a calmer dining experience.
Yummy food! Really good atmosphere & cute little robot that serves us our food! The only thing I'll say is if you're in a rush for food maybe do not come here as the orders take about 30 minutes to come out.
The pancakes were good however the service was absolutely horrible. We went for an after dinner dessert & as soon as we entered it was clear that none of the people working that night wanted us to be there. They were clearly annoyed with our presence. This continued as we proceeded to order. Never have I ever had someone roll their eyes at me for asking questions about the menu but our server did. We just wanted to clarify what a croffle was but this clearly annoyed our server.
Then once we sat down they decided to raise the music volume to a level that made conversation impossible. So much so we had to move tables because we couldn't have a conversation without having to lean in very close in order to hear each other.
The food was good but I'd never set foot in this restaurant again because of the awful service. We've never felt so unwelcome in a place before.

Since the pancake was made to order, the wait time was a bit long. The food was decent, though the price felt high for the quality. The staff were friendly, but relied on a robot to deliver the order. Because there were so many customers in its way, the robot got stuck on its path to my table.
For starters, unprofessional & rude staff. You could tell none of them were the owners because they didn't take any interest in being kind & welcoming to the clients. They were very cold & disconnected.
The souffle pancakes just tasted like omelettes. The fruit seemed like it wasn't washed very well.
We ordered coffees, but they came without a spoon or sugar. We had to go to the counter & ask for them, but instead of a spoon, they only had stir sticks. Which is fine, but they didn't even bring us any.
They didn't bring our whole order together. It was one item at a time for the coffee then one dish then another dish so we couldn't enjoy everything together.
The cleanliness & hygiene of the whole restaurant seemed on the low end for sure. We had to wipe down our own table before we sat down.
They also had a stupid robot that brought the food but it wouldn't shut up & kept talking to apparently nobody. & of course, only in French.
Overall, a disappointing experience. It's too bad because I was looking forward to it. Pictures looked good but that's about it. Also very overpriced.
Went there with my friend for Valentine's Day. While the food was very aesthetically pleasing & also good, the service was extremely slow. We were told at the register that wait would be 30 minutes, but it took 40 just to receive the drink we ordered, & 50 to receive the pancakes. There was also no water served at the tables.
Friends & I wanted to try a latte from this location & we were just unimpressed with the whole experience. Store opens at 11am we got there at 11:05 & doors were locked with staff inside watching us trying to open the door. We waited & eventually they opened the store at 11:11 am (no apologizes or thank you for waitings, just acted like everything was normal). We were the first customers & ordered 2 hot latte to go, their second customers didnt come in till roughly 5 mins after (they were not backed up).. it took 10 mins to get 2 hot lattes to go & the worst part is the latte wasn't even hot, it was warm at best.
Très bon, j'appréhendais mais c'était super bon.
Le service c'était un robot ce qui rends très moderne le restaurant. À l'encaissement les filles étaient très souriantes & gentilles . ☺?
