Je n'ai pas eu l'occasion de goûter malheureusement, la raison fut leur succès faisant en sorte qu'il ferme ou ne servent pas par contre a deux reprise j ai trouve le service bien ordinaire pour dire désolé fermé en plus uniquement dit en anglais.

Don't go eat here. I've rarely seen such a disorganized restaurant in my life. Seriously, they need better management & employees capable of moving faster. It was painful to watch. Food was good, will give them that but expect to wait an hour & eat cold because it took the 10 mins to put fruit & whipped cream over the pancakes once cooked. Hand wash dishes & dry with NAPKINS. Bathroom was disgusting & no toilet paper. Tables unwashed.

I have been waiting a long time to try these famous Japanese pancakes 🥞, Literally !!!! Got to the restaurant around 13:45, was told to return in 2hrs , they would not take the order then. Returned at 15:45, got my order around 17:00. Got one order of signature pancakes, one order of matcha, one slice of raspberry cheesecake 6.99$ a piece or whole cake 24.99$. The cheesecake, was delicious, very small piece, a size of my palm, I have a small hand. Pancakes were very "eggy", if could say so. Like you are eating eggs & not pancakes. It is to expect since the mixture is mostly made of eggs & a bit of flour. They were fluffy too. Beautiful presentation. The place is extremely busy. The staff is courteous even though some people were very impatient!! However, only 2 grills are available to cook these pancakes, enough staff but no one looked in a hurry to serve the customers. Staff was a bit disorganized except one girl who was rolling this place. I think they could do better if everyone knows what their task is. All in all I gave 4 stars for their effort, curtesy & good food. But these pancakes are not my cup of tea. Bathrooms are in need of attention too, missing soap & paper towels.

One hour wait in the rain ☔️then 30 minutes wait for an order at the newly opened Fuwa Fuwa Montréal at: 1440 Rue Sainte-Catherine, Montréal, QC H3G 1R4 It is totally WORTH the hype! These crepes are fluffy, jiggly, airy - all amazing adjectives that describe this beautiful dessert. Each crepe starts with egg whites whipped to soft peaks for their final airiness, then cooked very slowly at a low temperature. Tasting like a delicate balance between a soufflé & a traditional crepe, the soufflé crepes are soft, springy, & light. They are just starting out so there are a lot of shortcomings: - cash only & interactive email. - long wait times for orders - no one speaks French, which is weird in Montreal with the new law - self-service. You have to clean up after yourself. - confusion with orders due to high demand - unscheduled work of the team. I felt sorry for the manager who ran back & forth & did not know how to speed up the work of the staff - I would add more staff - shouting out your order by name But we will be lenient about all this. I hope they will take into account all the shortcomings
