This place is always such a delight!! I ALWAYS COME BACK to this place. The staff are fast & friendly. It's always amazing food & service! Good place to get a sweet treat with friends at any time of the day. They have lots of seating & the place to go for dessert. They have amazing pancakes soufflés, it's soft & fluffy. The croffle is so yummy. The food is so aesthetic for pictures!! 11/10 :)View more

Overpriced for the items on the menu.View more
What a lovely experience. First of all, we were welcomed by very sweet & helpful employees explaining to us the different dishes. There are many options both sweet & savoury. Eve Turing is made fresh as we order that explains the 20 minutes wait (that they warn you before even ordering). The soufflé pancakes were heavenly fluffy, generously topped & super flavourful. The croffles were massives, crispy & again, generously topped. The whipped cream is amazing. Thick & not too sweet. Portions are very big too. We will definitely come back to try more flavoursView more
I gave this 4 stars overall but really a 3.5 Service is way quicker than previous reviews when the spot opened (I went Monday night around 8:45PM) & my order was ready in 15mins. Very kind staff indeed, clean tables & apparently they got newer cooking machines which is why service is way faster. I ordered a Tiramisu soufflé (bestseller) & Mango latte (both had no coffee/espresso). Yes, the soufflé is light, fluffy & not too sweet however not worth the price. Latte tasted tangy at first with a sweeter aftertaste but nothing "WOW". Paid $25 total which I'd say should be about half that instead. Sadly overpriced & overhyped, worth a try once though if you have $ to burnView more
Thankfully I didn't have to wait to order but I did have to wait about 30 minutes to get my tiramisu souffle pancake. I was so sad they were out of the matcha & red bean one. I had a few souffle pancakes before & visually, it was the shortest souffle pancakes I ever had (2 layers). As for the taste, well it was light, chocolaty & just sweet enough. It's good as a snack although around 15$. Overall, it's ok & I may go back from time to time if it's not too busy.View more
Honestly, my expectations were high as I had been to Fuwa Fuwa Toronto, just so mesmerized with the whole experience of having these souffle pancakes. Really looking forward to those pancakes in Montreal, the whole experience didn't go as expected & was pretty disappointing. We were told at the time of ordering that there is a 45 min to an hour wait, which was a buzz kill, but that's fine understandable they had just gotten over with a big rush as mentioned by the cashier. I also ordered 2 pancakes & a drink, for which they charged me (drink) $7 pretax when the price on the menu was $6, & when I asked, the manager returned the difference. Didn't understand why there was a discrepancy. Once we got our pancakes, they felt very flat. They didn't taste how we remembered them to be. There was nothing special as if it was missing something. The drink I ordered was a chocolate frappe which was just ice, I had to go to the manager & ask her to make it again. Which she kindly did, & it tasted 1000 times better. I did feel there were too many people behind that counter, & no one was properly managed. Like they all were doing their own thing. Genuinely felt a leader was missing there. I could just look at them & tell them the issues. If there are systems set in place & they are more organized, I am 1000 % sure they have the capability to do so much better. (This was the most surprising part for me) It's funny enough to say, when they are opening a new store in a new place. They decided two have two kitchen aid mixers to make the pancake batter, which was so surprising that one person was just making the batter continuously as they were running out of it so quickly because of the rush.View more
One hour wait in the rain ☔️then 30 minutes wait for an order at the newly opened Fuwa Fuwa Montréal at: 1440 Rue Sainte-Catherine, Montréal, QC H3G 1R4 It is totally WORTH the hype! These crepes are fluffy, jiggly, airy - all amazing adjectives that describe this beautiful dessert. Each crepe starts with egg whites whipped to soft peaks for their final airiness, then cooked very slowly at a low temperature. Tasting like a delicate balance between a soufflé & a traditional crepe, the soufflé crepes are soft, springy, & light. They are just starting out so there are a lot of shortcomings: - cash only & interactive email. - long wait times for orders - no one speaks French, which is weird in Montreal with the new law - self-service. You have to clean up after yourself. - confusion with orders due to high demand - unscheduled work of the team. I felt sorry for the manager who ran back & forth & did not know how to speed up the work of the staff - I would add more staff - shouting out your order by name But we will be lenient about all this. I hope they will take into account all the shortcomings
