Je suis un peu mitigée par rapport à cet endroit.
La boisson prise était vraiment ordinaire, rien de spécial. Après le dessert en soit, bon mais sans plus. Pour le prix, je me questionne si ça a value la peine. C'est vraiment trop overhyped.
L'atmosphère était très'occupée', on ne sait pas où aller & où se placer pour ne pas déranger, où est la file d'attente, ne pas être dans le passage des robots, couloirs & escaliers étroits, & puis je ne suis pas claustrophobe, mais je me suis sentie coincée la majorité du temps dans la place. C'est très overwhelming comme endroit.
& les endroits overwhelming de même, je ne les fréquente pas car ça vient teinter l'expérience de manger & la nourriture elle-même. Je suis venue une fois ici, mais c'est la dernière fois, il y a des endroits qui proposent de quoi de similaire pour une expérience 100x plus agréable & bonne.View more

A novel dessert café that is worth a try with an abundance of vegetarian & some vegan options, particularly the teas. The inside is bright & spacious. The staff were friendly & efficient. We were surprised by the service robot, which brought the food & automatically left. What might be helpful in future is having a buzzer or button for customers to call it back if we want to send back dirty dishes. The pancakes were light & fluffy, but a bit more expensive for what was expected at $20. The presentation was very cute.View more

The fluffy dessert pancakes did not live up to the hype. They look cute but don't taste that good & are expensive! The salty choices actually taste better. Service at the counter was just ok. Music a bit too loud.View more

Les pancakes sont incroyables mais... 65$ à trois avec une assiette de 2 pancakes chacun & un café... pas justifié. Le robot qui fait le service est super... mais évidemment ne dessert pas l'étage. À étage la température était trop froide pour une fin octobre & nous sommes sortis en sentant légèrement le graillon. Nous y retournerons pas.View more

So... I came here 3 times, & honestly... it's sad. The wait times take way too long, only for the pancakes to taste average at most. Sometimes, the pancakes are awfully deflated, too. On top of that, they seem to spam their sauce too much. I appreciate the efforts they take to ensure that everything is good, but for the time you take to prepare orders & the quality... I expected a little better. On top of that, the pancakes are expensive. It can range from 12-19$ excluding taxes. (Depending on what you get) I came here during opening & a month after that. I can understand that the opening was busy but I'm disappointed by my experience even a month later. It wasn't busy, but I had hoped it would be better. Here are my opinions on the menu that I had tried previously: Matcha Tiramisu: Honestly overhyped. I'm not sure if it is because mine had way too much sauce, but there was so much sauce that it overwhelmed the pancakes entirely. Moreover, the pancakes were not really fluffy. It just didn't taste right. I had a lot of hope for this, too, since I'm a Matcha & Tiramisu lover. This also comes with Matcha sauce & ice cream on the side, but the sauce on the pancake was already too much so it was too much when i tried it with the matcha sauce. 3/5 Signature: It's perfect. The taste is wonderful & honestly melted in my mouth. They provide maple syrup as well to add as well. 5/5 Tiramisu: Very nice! It doesn't feel overwhelming, & it compliments the pancake well. 4/5 Strawberry: One of my favorites! It is a little sweet, but the sauce & the pancake go well together! It is perfect if you like something fruity & sweet. 5/5 Raspberry Caramelized: The sauce & the caramelized bananas were nice. My only issue is that the pancakes were... a little stiff again like the Matcha Tiramisu I had. 3/5 Creme Brulée: Very nice! I had it twice & both times didn't disappoint! One of them was a little more deflated then the other, but it wasn't stiff, so that's alright! It was still fluffy, so I didn't mind too much. It also comes with some caramelized bananas & ice cream on the side! 5/5 Blueberry Cheese: Like the Matcha Tiramisu, this was the same. The sauce was overwhelming as it's literally too much, & the pancakes were a little stiff. It comes with ice cream & orange slices on the side... but honestly, it just looked like a complete mess rather than a dessert. Despite this, I do recommend eating it together with the ice cream as it helped a lot & tasted a little better. 3/5 Drinks: Very nice, not much to comment on. Basque Cheesecake: Good, not much to comment on. Price overall.... it's really expensive. Especially the Cheesecake. For 1 Cheesecake slice, it's 7$ & it's barely the size of a palm. For a whole, it's around 20-23$ depending on the flavor. Honestly, it's not worth the price for the quality & experience that I had.View more

I had the Benedictine Pancake with Avocado. Great presentation & delicious food! However, the portions are a bit small & not very filling, it's more of a little dessert, not meant for a full meal. The process is straightforward: you order, get a buzzer, pick up your food at the counter, & after eating, you return your plates & utensils to a designated spot. Overall, a pleasant experience!View more

Went to try this new hit place. I was lucky I arrived & waited only 15 min to order - I ordered 4 pancakes one coffee & one Croffles- I loved the croffels- the coffee is definitely a NO, as for thr pancakes , it was not a wow dessert that will make me come back - the garnish & toppings were the best - the pancake by itself is average- i got my order in 30 minute when not busy- while there, the place got fulled & I decided to order one more croffel which unfortunately took more than 1 hour after several follow-ups - they have a huge problem in controlling the crowd & their serving time- will not go back to wait for that item- i would recommend anyone who wants to try it to give it couple of months- totally not worth thr wait -View more

One hour wait in the rain ☔️then 30 minutes wait for an order at the newly opened Fuwa Fuwa Montréal at: 1440 Rue Sainte-Catherine, Montréal, QC H3G 1R4 It is totally WORTH the hype! These crepes are fluffy, jiggly, airy - all amazing adjectives that describe this beautiful dessert. Each crepe starts with egg whites whipped to soft peaks for their final airiness, then cooked very slowly at a low temperature. Tasting like a delicate balance between a soufflé & a traditional crepe, the soufflé crepes are soft, springy, & light. They are just starting out so there are a lot of shortcomings: - cash only & interactive email. - long wait times for orders - no one speaks French, which is weird in Montreal with the new law - self-service. You have to clean up after yourself. - confusion with orders due to high demand - unscheduled work of the team. I felt sorry for the manager who ran back & forth & did not know how to speed up the work of the staff - I would add more staff - shouting out your order by name But we will be lenient about all this. I hope they will take into account all the shortcomings
