Je change mon commentaire, car la dame qui est là les lundis soir & le chef sont incroyablement gentils 🙂 je n'étais pas content avec Eleanor mais cette gentille dame & son chef ont eu une très aimable courtoisie avec moi (j'étais en retard pour ma pizza de quelques jours, & ils me lont refaite). Vraiment de belles gens 😊 & leur pizza wow, chaude & delicieuse toujours, merci! 5 étoiles

Expérience très décevante avec Fugazi.

Nous avons commandé une douzaine de pizzas pour un événement pour plus de 200 $ de commande. Elles sont arrivées avec plus d'une heure de retard, froides & complètement déplacées dans les boîtes.

Le plus décevant : malgré plusieurs appels pendant plus d'une semaine pour parler à un responsable, aucun retour, aucune excuse ni même explication.

Très mauvais service à la clientèle, surtout pour une commande de cette importance.

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery . Pizza slices were doughy Magehrita pizza had no tomato slices, mozzarella cheese slices or olive oil on it. Basil leaves were on 3 of the 6 slices. Pizzas also arrived Luke warm.

This branch used to be really good, but the quality has deteriorated so bad. Pizza was dripping with oil & the taste of the sauce was really bad. Also why do the person taking the order expect a tip? Especially for a pickup? When they dont even greet someone with a simple hello or hi? What value are they adding? Put up a kiosk & i am happy to order from there

En somme, c'était une bonne pizza à prix abordable. Le temps d'attente pour la cuisson est entre 5-10 minutes, ce qui est assez raisonnable.

Service client zéro. Nous avons commandé 5 pizzas avec l'option livraison. Les pizzas ont eu 1h de retard donc arrivées froides. En appelant la pizzeria, ils ont complètement ignorer le problème & nous ont raccroché au nez.
