Passed by today for a late lunch. I tried the pork wonton soup & the Shanghai style soy sauce noodle. Both were incredible. Definitely coming back to try other things.
Fuchun's menu is a delightful blend of traditional & contemporary dishes, with dumplings being the star of the show. The Xiao Long Bao (soup dumplings) are filled with rich broth. Each bite bursts with a blend of flavors. The menu is diverse, offering a range of options from noodles, wontons to crispy spring rolls. Whether you're a fan of dim sum or looking for a hearty meal, Fuchun is the place to be! 🥟🍜
A nice restaurant with some traditional shanghai style dishes. The soup dumplings & the pan fried dumplings are pretty good. But the deep fried pork chops & the spring roll are very inconsistent. Sometimes the pork is juicy & fresh, sometimes is like eating deep fried sponge. Wish the owner can keep the consistency & not over freeze their pork.
Plats très bons dans l'ensemble. Service rapide. Le seul bémol est que le plat de légumes était constitué de légumes congelés seulement, ce qui est un peu décevant.
Soup dumplings & noodles were good!! A little complaint would be that the crab meat soup dumplings were slightly fishy.
