They are absolutely perfect, probably the best soup dumplings I have ever had all around the world. The noodles & rice dessert we had were delicious too. Staff were friendly & attentive too.
Fuchun is a hidden gem for dumpling lovers in Montreal! The dumplings were fresh, juicy, & packed with flavor. You can really taste the quality & authenticity in every bite. The service was warm & welcoming, & the cozy atmosphere made the experience even better. If you're looking for delicious handmade dumplings, this place is definitely worth visiting. I'll definitely be back to try more from the menu!
The food is freshly made in the kitchen. Very authentic xiao long bao. We tried beef, pork, & crab ones. All very good.
I had such a great experience for my birthday with my friends yesterday evening. The food is authentic & delicious!
A special shout out to Lily's amazing service! She was so kind.
Best dumpling restaurant in the downtown area!🥰🥰
As a food inspector, I focus on authenticity, consistency, & execution & Fuchun truly stands out.
The soup dumplings were exceptional, delicate wrappers, rich & flavorful broth, & perfectly seasoned fillings. Each basket came out fresh & steaming, showing great attention to timing & technique. The dumplings with sauce were just as impressive, well-balanced & packed with flavor.
Beyond dumplings, the dishes were executed with precision, the noodles were savory & satisfying, & the fried items had a perfect crisp without being greasy. Everything felt authentic & thoughtfully prepared.
The overall experience was clean, efficient, & consistent-exactly what you want to see from a well-run kitchen.
If you're looking for high-quality dumplings in Montreal, this spot is a must-visit. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
If you're craving authentic Shanghai food, this spot hits the mark perfectly.
Every dish is packed with flavor & tastes just like the real deal. The service is also excellent, friendly & attentive throughout.
Definitely a place I'd come back to anytime.
Fu Chun Soupe Dumplings is an absolute gem. The soup dumplings were incredibly fresh, delicate, & packed with rich, flavorful broth-easily some of the best I've had. The spicy pork Shanghai noodles were perfectly cooked with just the right amount of heat & depth.
Everything tasted homemade & authentic, & you can really feel the care that goes into each dish. The service was warm, attentive, & welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.
Great quality, generous portions, & very reasonable prices. Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to!
Absolutely delicious. Hidden gem with authentic Shanghai flavours. Would recommend the scallion noodles (soy) & the beef pan fried dumplings. All of it was delicious. The spring rolls are very mushroom forward so if you don't like mushrooms, I'd skip it. Great service. Friendly staff & the food arrives nice & hot!!
A surprise find walking distance from Atwater subway station. Taste authentic Shanghai dumplings. Highly recommended
Authentic & delicious xiaolongbao! The dumpling skins are thin, the filling is generous, & every bite is juicy. Definitely tastes much better when dining in compared to takeout. I also tried the crab meat xiaolongbao this time, which isn't available on Uber Eats - it had a nice, distinct crab flavor. The side dishes are also very good, mostly on the sweet side, just like in Shanghai. Only downside was it was pretty noisy inside, was hard to talk
