I am a big fan of Dumplings & I can still remember my favourite dumpling restaurant that is closed recently. Shanghai Fuchun Soupe Dumplings makes a delicious & authentic Shanghai food. We enjoyed it most because the dumplings were light & fluffy & full of flavor. Their noodles has a unique texture & very good! That's the way they should be except most places are chewy & thick not very enjoyable. This place is definitely the best dumpling restaurant in the city. The staff are warm & nice.Thank you very much. Highly recommended. Definitely!

Food was absolutely impeccable & for such fair pricing, you get probably the best soup dumplings I have ever had in Montreal (yes, even better than Sammi Soupe!) & the noodles are phenomenal as well. Haven't enjoyed a meal so much in a while, the soup dumplings were extremely hearty & rich, & despite leaving feeling full we were still craving for more. Both the food & restaurant felt very authentic. The place is quite hidden but once you're inside, it's very cute & comfortable to dine in. The service was fast & very friendly sweet staff. 10/10 recommend & will come back. In fact, changing this to my go-to dumpling place from now on.

Very good! I recommend the shanghai noodles, the chicken & chinese cabbage & the cucumber salad. They were very flavourful & well seasoned!

Absolutely delicious. Hidden gem with authentic Shanghai flavours. Would recommend the scallion noodles (soy) & the beef pan fried dumplings. All of it was delicious. The spring rolls are very mushroom forward so if you don't like mushrooms, I'd skip it. Great service. Friendly staff & the food arrives nice & hot!!

La nourriture de Fuchun était vraiment bonne, les xiao long bao étaient juteux & remplies de saveurs & ingrédients riches. Mon xiao long bao préféré était lui au porc sucré. Lui au crab était aussi vraiment riche en saveur, car le crab & le jus complémente vraiment bien le porc. Les nouilles était vraiment bonnes, elles avait vraiment la saveur traditionnelle de Shanghai. Les prix étaient aussi abordables, j'ai réussi à être très plein avec seulement 30$. Le service di restaurent était absolument magnifique, les plats sont arrivé vite & je recommande vraiment ce restaurent chinois.
