Really enjoyed my lunch at Franklin's. The guy at the bar did a top notch job, super friendly & gave good reccommendations. I loved the TV setup, great for viewing sports. The smoked meat sandwich was pretty good. Now it's not as good as Texas BBQ, sorry Montreal! But it was tasty & I'm glad to sample some of the local food in my trip to the city. Great place for lunch in Montreal.
11/10. Missed pizza spot & randomly stumbled here & seen Philly on the menu. Also was looking for a bar & this happened to be one also. Philly cheese was unreal & the suds were slinging. Bartender was a beauty also.
J'ai vraiment adoré le repas du sous-marin au poulet avec sauce épicé, la sauce était bien durable c'était pas assez piquant pour que sa pique à la gorge, le service a été très agréable & avec rapidité, pour ma première fois, je recommande ce resto, mercii aux serveurs & aux cuisiniers, continuer comme ça & ne lâchez pas :)
Une excellente découverte ! Le service était chaleureux & attentionné du début à la fin. Les plats étaient délicieux, bien préparés & pleins de saveurs. Les frites étaient une vraie surprise : cuites à la perfection, bien assaisonnées, avec un goût étonnamment bon - probablement les meilleures que j'ai mangées depuis longtemps !
En plus, le temps d'attente après la commande était très court : à peine 10 minutes, voire moins.
Le cadre est agréable & l'ambiance conviviale.
Je recommande vivement ce restaurant & j'y reviendrai sans hésiter. Bravo à toute l'équipe !

This place is great! Great vibe & amazing service. Unlike the tourist traps in old Montreal this place is super reasonably priced & the service is top notch! Jeff & Anthony are awesome

We loved Franklin's so much we went twice during our 5-day stay! Tristan was amazing, funny, kind, & gave great recommendations. The drinks were top notch & the poutine was delicious. Such a good time every visit!
