Probably because of the neighborhood, if you are a brown person entering in, they assume you are an Uber driver for a pickup, without even asking you first. Coffee was good.

The coffee is good, however the croissants are very brioché, not the type of French croissant that you would expect. The staff however are really nice & friendly & ambient is nice

I am a biscotti lover. Give me a good coffee & a great biscotti & I am happy from the moment that cookie touches my lips to the last crumb. Forno West (in my opinion) has by far been the best biscotti I have tried & I have tried many many biscottis! Sorry the picture only shows 1 left, I started eating & decided I had to write a review. Will definitely go back

This is the best bakery & coffee place! Everything is so fresh & the sandwiches also are perfect for lunch! Right across from our office & they have a very friendly service!
