We usually order from this restaurant but last time we ordered, like a month ago, we got really sick. Spent 2 days in the bathroom & took us like a week to recover from it. Can't even smell lamb now without being digusted.
I ordered in, & WOW, I took the lamb shawarma wrap & I was fed 😏 it was a 10/10!!! I love when you can feel the love through each bite. I want to see it in person now! 100% recommend :)
Also the strawberry + almond cookie is divine! Great first experience

DO NOT ORDER FROM UBER! I've made many orders over the years & I was proud to serve Folfol to my family. You pay a higher amount & it always felt that it was worth it - from the dishes to the packaging. We had friends visiting & all couldn't hide the fact that the dishes we loved had a strange consistency, felt old .. the spreads were dry on the side in the container. Lamb dishes were dry, covered in sauce to perhaps hide the fact. I have never thrown out food like this, what a massive disappointment. This is the very last time I will ever order from this restaurant or Damas. What changed?
Simply the best take out restaurant in Montreal! The entire menu is delicious, fresh & well prepared. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable & helpful with recommendations. I really enjoy how fast their service is. They have the best chicken or lamb sandwiches, prepared fresh in just 5 minutes. They specialize in prepared Syrian dishes that you pick up & cook at home, in about 15 minutes, very easy & convenient. I strongly recommend!
Best Syrian food I ever had. Everything is well marnated & well cooked. Presentation is very good. Good value. Best Lamb Shawarma. I will go again & again. We are lucky to have this restaurant in our neighbouhood. I went to their 555 Chabanel location.
I really hesitated from ordering here for a very long time because the price seemed extremely steep- however, not is the food insanely good (!!), the portions are VERY generous.
We had leftovers of everything we ordered for the next day; for some reason the size of the platters don't come across well on Uber Eats but one plate can easily be split between two people.
The fattoush, eggplant-based dip, lamb plate, & lamb kebabs were AMAZING!
Delicious Syrian food. I had an amazing swarma lamb sandwich, so flavorful. I love the beet spread, it is so unique, visually beautiful & tastes so good.
One of the best shawarma wraps in the city. Folfol never misses the mark - the lamb kebab, shish taouk & salmon dishes are all absolutely delicious, as well as the muhammara & eggplant muttabal. The meals are consistently flavourful & fresh, & always packaged nicely when ordering takeout or delivery. Highly recommend

Ça fait quelques fois que je mange des plats chez Folfol & honnêtement, je ne suis jamais déçue. Pour les plats à réchauffer, la pieuvre est exquise !! Je suis très difficile habituellement, car je trouve que les restaurants la prépare mal, mais Folfol sait comment cuisiner de la bonne pieuvre ! Sinon, je trouve que la salade fattouch est très bonne, pareil pour le Shawarma Lamb & le Shish Taouk. L'équipe est accueillante & le service est rapide. Quoi demander de mieux ? Très heureuse qu'il y ait ce genre de restaurant pour emporter dans le coin. Merci Folfol !
I had high expectations from this place since it's the take out division from Damas but I have to say, I'm disappointed. I ordered the lamb sandwich at the counter & while it tasted ok, it was lukewarm at the best. For the price, it's ridiculous to serve a cold sandwich. I assume they served me a sandwich left on the side for a delivery that never happened. I am willing to give it another chance but this is not a good start.

Today I finally ordered the lamb shoulder wrap & was so excited to eat it. After finishing the first half (which was delicious) I did notice it was a little dry. I then noticed that I had accidentally removed all my toppings & sauces & added extra pickles - this was the opposite of what I was intending to do...Despite thinking I'd indulge in a flavourful wrap, it was still a 10/10 🔥 well done guys!
We got dinner delivered from here. Everything was carefully packaged, with attention to detail to ensure the food was the best it could be once it was eaten (e.g. the fattoush had separate components to be mixed at home). Overall the food was delicious. The lamb was super soft & tender. The spinach pressed saj was another highlight. As were the chicken shawarma & mutabul betterave. It's quite expensive, but I would eat here again for a special occasion.
Just dove into a Syrian culinary adventure with Folfol By Damas. Ordered the Chicken Shawarma Saj (aka marinated chicken all cozied up with pickles & garlic mayo - because who wouldn't want to find that in a wrap?) & the Lamb Shawarma Saj (marinated lamb leg doing the tango with Biwaz, pickles, Tahini sauce, & pomegranate molasses - a flavor party I wasn't ready for but absolutely needed). Washed it all down with a fine Shawbridge beer because, well, balance. 🍺 #CulinaryExpedition #BalancedDietMeansBeerRight?
