A Canadian staple of Montreal & a pretty solid one. Did the 3 course meal for $49 CAD. Wish the portions were a little bit larger, but for the quality of food it was pretty solid. The Caesar salad with the shredded cheese was excellent, the spaghetti with truffle a perfect addition & to close it with chocolate mousse with the granola was memorable by far. Ask for their cocktail of the month if they don't mention it. Pretty good way to start the meal. Place is essential if you come to Montreal & are a food enthusiast like myself.Voir plus

Would go back for the drinks alone. Boy am glad the bar tender from the Atwater Cocktail club was tending at Foiegwa that night! Sipped on the Golden Wind. Lots of ingredients in there but you taste ALL of them TOGETHER. Lots going on in there, enough for your taste buds to lose their minds! The gold is a nice touch but messy. The Cinco de Mayo was good too. Fun drink but would gladly just order a second Gold Wind. Food is also nice. Torchon is only ok (might actually only have oysters next time...or tartare as app) but the scallop risotto nailed it. First, risotto is cooked perfectly, titering between barely uncooked & cooked. The scallops were too few but perfectly cooked. Tender buttery & seared enough on the outside. Flavours were subtle yet bold & satisfying. Bravo. The tartare was good. Flavour is on point but I wish they had a cut that makes it more tender. It was a tiny bit too chewy. Would still order it again though. The dessert was good but forgettable. Chloe was an extremely hospitable & kind bartender, not only is the food divine, but her service really made the dining experience worth it. She anticipated my needs with ease & a smile. Après en avoir entendu parler j'ai décidé d'aller tester ,un bel endroit avec une nourriture pas mal cependant l'attente était longue pour un brunch le midi & les quantités sont petites pour le prix que c'est . J'ai apprécié le service , l'accueil ainsi que le décor à l'intérieur . Il y'avait trop de bruit & l'endroit est petit mais j'y retournerai sûrement pour le faire découvrir à mes amis mais pas pour manger à ma faim .Voir plus

Just wow! My wife & I ate here for dinner. We ordered two of their signature dishes. The pasta with butter & black truffle oil, & the beef tartare. They were exceptional. We also ordered fries from the side menu, which were without a doubt the best fries we have ever eaten! We did not order the burger with foie gras, but that will be on the menu next time!!!Voir plus

Carte resserée gage de produits frais. Des plats sans sophistication inutile, juste au goût équilibré & bons. Voilà, c'était bon de l'entrée au dessert. Belle carte de vins mais je pense qu'il faudrait proposer un peu plus d'options au verre. Très bon cocktail. Le service est comme les plats : juste & sans prétention, simple mais professionnel.
