I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. I had the fried chicken; it was one of the best I've tried, great flavour & cooked to perfection. It doesn't come with any sides so I ordered a portion of rice which was delicious. My friend ordered the duck & she said it was really good. The decoration & ambiance was nice, is not that big so better make a reservation, was a bit loud for me but nothing annoying. I highly recommend this place.
2 fois à ce restaurant, première fois, en couple & super belle expérience culinaire & service. Pour la deuxième fois, avec les enfants, & pareil, tous les plats à partager étaient bons & super service.

Bon accueil. Nous avions une réservation pour deux à 21h40. Peu d'attente.
Il y avait de l'ambiance & de la musique mais - & nous l'avons noté & apprécié - il était tout à fait possible de s'entendre au moins à deux.
Nous avons été pris en charge notamment par Louis & Flavia qui ont été impeccables & accueillants, en expliquant les mets & les boissons. Louis nous a parlé de son affection pour le restaurant avant même d'y travailler & raconté qu'auparavant l'établissement vendait des petits cadeaux (d'où le nom du restaurant aujourd'hui).
La cuisine est fine & parfumée. Nous avons partagé nos plats & pris un saké trouble en carafe qui nous a duré tout le repas.
L'oeuf, le canard, les légumes & les sashimis tout était excellent, jusqu'au dessert un brownie revisité.

Great Japanese restaurant with amazingly fresh fish. Strangely they don't anything with rice, so no sushi!!! We wanted starch so we had udon. Ramen is also on the menu but we didn't order that.
The plateau of fish for 5 is super!!!
Seating may be a bit cramped but it wasn't bad.
Apparently booking is incredibly hard to get.
Parking in the area also an issue.

Great vibe, service was attentive & very helpful in food selection. All of our food was excellent & we tried many different things. Acoustics were great-loved the music but we could easily hear each other.
Excellent service from the moment I walked in. Server was helpful in identifying a sake that would suit my palate & recommending dishes for my 1st visit. The ambiance is lively & inviting
This amazing restaurant seems like a flowershop from the outside - but the inside is much better! We had a great shared dinner in a comfy athmosphere & great service.

Resto un peu caché dans Chinatown mais vaut le détour! Excellents sachimis & plats style izakaya qui se partagent bien à deux! Le tartare de saumon/thon & le tofu agedashi étaient aussi vraiment très bons. Umami!

Cozy place, insanely fresh fish, the duck is to die for. The service is also impeccable, Louis set us up with a wonderful tasting menu & although i just met him, i have to say, i would trust this guy with my life. We really enjoyed sans soleil as well, such an awesome experience! Fleurs & cadeaux, you have my heart!
