Been here twice now on Saturdays around noon - Location is easy to access but limited street parking. We did not have any issues finding parking when we went, but since there is no designated lot, depending on time of day or event going on around the area, it might get crowded. Restaurant was pretty empty both times we went, we were served quickly & accurately. I've tried Five Guys on the West Island & the experience has been just as good. This location is newer, not very big but still a decent amount of tables & room to eat. I love the huge windows & layout - it makes a huge difference with the amount of natural sunlight coming through. Another feature I love at this location is the washroom area. There are 3 individual restrooms for total privacy & comfort, & a communal sink area on the outside. This means that you can wash your hands without entering the actual bathroom if you quickly need to rinse before or after you eat. You can also see customers as they come out of the restoom & observe if they wash their hands or not since this is out in the open. Food quality is consistent both times I went & on par with other locations. Burgers are flavorful & made to order - fries are generous. Just the poutine could be better, they serve it to you in a closed plastic container & the curds were all melted, to the point of being stretchy - I suspect they do not use fresh curds as this would not happen with fresher cheese, it should remain intact & squeeky. If you're looking for large decadent burgers & customizable options - this is the place to go. Free peanuts are also a nice touch.

Five guys is just my favorite fast food if we talk about taste alone. Now factor in the quality of the ingredients used it's just the best fast food you can get. This one is as clean efficient & have the same quality in service than most nothing else too different than the regular five guys experience

Great burgers, fries, & milkshakes. Service is excellent as well with attentive staff. French fries portion is quite big, so ideal for sharing. Strawberry milkshake is the best 👌

En somme, c'était correct sans plus . Le hamburger méritait un 3 étoiles, mais le reste.... Bref, je n'ai pas été impressionné surtout que plusieurs personnes me parlaient en bien de cet endroit. Sinon, le préposé a bien pris ma commande & il n'y avait pas d'erreur. Par contre, en période de pointe, je vous suggère d'acheter pour emporter, car très peu de places assises.

The place was packed, lots of clients in line... The team was AMAZING ! Great tempo, everyone got served rapidly, & the food was perfect. I took the cheeseburger with bacon, & it was delicious ! Bravo to such a great team & thank you for the great foood 🥳🥳🥳
