First time at this location. Parking is tricky so we did take out. Food is well packed & we got home & it was still hot. Drove 20 minutes. Excellent selection. Service nothing but above the norm friendly & detailed oriented. Very clean restaurant. Noise level was not overbearing for the rock music they were playing in the background. Definite repeat. A must to try everything on the menu. All Fresh ingredients. No aftertaste as most fast food does. Congrats to Five Guys !!!

As soon as I walked in the vibe was really odd, the order taker didn't offer & greeting just stared. & I thought okay bad day,as I waited for my order I noticed it was her superior's attitude & in communication style. Who ever the lady manager or superior there at 2:30 on 22 May, you really need to learn how to speak to staff, & more importantly not to belittle coworkers in full view of the public. Things that should not be said include,'it was better than I expected, but I wasn't expecting much' …'I'm not saying you're bad at your job but…' or the ultimate make your coworkers work hard & pull rank, saying'when I want' when asked when she was done her shift. She was short & rude to the other lady working with her, & flippant to the gentleman. & she was about 3x louder than anyone else working there. I feel sorry for the people that have to work with her.
This Five Guys deserves all the best reviews over & over! Telephone Service & In Resto Service is excellent. To see the staff helping each other is exceptional. The night staff on May 10 really made me smile. I ordered a plain burger for my dog & the young man called out my order asking if I forgot to order condiments, I explained it was for my dog & he later asked if I needed a bowl for my dog to eat from. To think in such a rush to have my dog eat out of a bowl, made me write this review! BRAVO staff! Bravo everyone at Five Guys Laval!!!!!
The service was friendly & efficient, & the food was top notch. Really pleased with my meal & experience overall. There is free parking available if you're a customer.
Je suis handicapée & quel extraordinaire service j'ai reçu. Malheureusement les portes automatiquesont ne fonctionnaient pas mais un employé est venu m'ouvrir & en s'excusant & le service reçu dans la bonne humeur & avec sourire. Il y a aussi une table avec le logo handicapé qui a des places sans chaises. Quel plaisir d'y être allée!!!!

Husband & I love five guys. We go to all of them all over the city. First time at this location. Very disappointed. Fries not cooked how they wete supposed to leaving them too hard, they put onions in my husbands burger when he's allergic & to top it off the burgers were over cooked. Oh yeah & there was no more bacon at 7pm. My order had bacon crumbs in it not slices . Maybe if the 3 staff members weren't so busy talking & goofing around things could improve. Won't be returning.
The hamburgers-& the food in general-are great, possibly among the best for the price. The place itself is nice, though often noisy, & every time I go, my clothes end up smelling like hamburgers. One thing I really appreciate is that they offer free peanuts while you wait for your order.
J'ai emmener un ami pour sa première fois chez vous ,& je lui ai dit que c'est les meilleurs frite !!! Hélas frite dans nos casseau ,blanche mi cuite ,trop foncé & sec & 40% ordinaire ,vraiment décevant
