Tous les restaurants Firegrill sont conçus à partir de plans architecturaux originaux et chaque emplacement a une allure spécifique. Notre bar est l’endroit idéal pour y déguster un apéro ou un digestif. Notre objectif est de mettre les clients à leur aise tout en leur faisant goûter les meilleures grillades en ville. Notre clientèle étant le détail auquel nous nous attardons en premier, c’est pourquoi tout notre personnel est qualifié pour prendre soin d’elle d’après les plus hauts standards de l’industrie. Holy crap...
Came out of town for the F1 race & decided to stop here for dinner because who doesnt like grilled food?
Oh my god. The poutine was incredible. Followed by the roast beef & club sandwich.
Definitely more on the pricy side but holy cow are the desserts incredible.

I know it's maybe 15% less $ than Gibbies , maybe even a few less $ than the keg .
Keep in mind at gibbies you'll get a thicker & batter steak. Much better sides & free'snacks' at the begining. To me it's a no brainer
But still 58$ for a IGA Rib style steak & frozen after thought vegetable. Frozen McDonald's style fries . Cheesecake was probably frozen & half sugar .
Waitress was nice. But inexperienced
Seems they're not doing so good. Which is ok I'll support them. Hence the 4*. But they shouldn't lower quality .

Firegrill St-Laurent: A Mixed Experience - 3.9/5 At first glance, Firegrill St-Laurent makes a fantastic impression. The restaurant is stunning, with a beautifully designed space that exudes warmth & sophistication. The staff is equally impressive-welcoming, attentive, & genuinely fun to interact with. They made us laugh & were incredibly helpful throughout the evening. The presentation of the food was equally appealing, & it's clear that attention to detail is a priority. However, the experience faltered when it came to execution. I ordered the Filet Mignon blue, but it arrived more cooked than I had requested, missing the mark on this delicate preparation. I also opted for a lobster tail, but unfortunately, it was served undercooked. When I sent it back, I was disappointed that the same tail was simply refired rather than replaced-a surprising choice, given the $26 price tag. To add to the frustration, it came back overcooked. That said, I don't suspect these issues are a regular occurrence. It's possible that their top chefs weren't in the kitchen on December 26th-a busy time of year where inconsistencies can sometimes happen. Everything else we ordered was well-prepared & enjoyable, & the ambiance made the evening pleasant. With some improvements in food preparation, Firegrill has the potential to be exceptional.
