We visited Fiorellino on Laurier Ouest to celebrate Mother's Day. My girlfriend had selected the location, & it was our first time trying the restaurant. The location is great-easy to find with plenty of street parking nearby. The restaurant has a warm, modern ambiance with high ceilings, an open layout, & a wraparound bar that adds to the casual yet refined vibe. We were seated right away thanks to the reservation, but there were definitely people waiting, which speaks to the popularity of the place.
The menu isn't overly large, but what's offered is well-chosen & interesting. We decided to share a few items at the table: the Contadina, Capresse, & Tartufata pizzas, along with the Misticanza & Caesar salads. Everything was fresh & beautifully prepared. The Capresse pizza, in particular, was a standout-perfectly balanced & packed with flavour. The crusts were just right: light, slightly charred, & airy. The salads were crisp & nicely dressed, making them the perfect complement to the pizzas.
Service was friendly & impressively fast considering how busy the restaurant was. Our server checked on us just enough without interrupting. The only letdown was that they were out of the desserts we originally wanted, which was a bit disappointing given the occasion, but understandable due to the Mother's Day rush. What we did end up getting was still satisfying. Overall, it was a wonderful meal in a welcoming space, & I'd definitely return-next time maybe not on a holiday so we can try the full dessert menu.Voir plus

Management completely dropped the ball-our reservation was double-booked, & we waited 40 minutes to be seated on a birthday night. It could've been a disaster if it weren't for Faris. He went above & beyond with a custom charcuterie board (not on the menu) & free drinks to make things right. Faris did what management clearly couldn't: care about the guests.Voir plus

Last week I came here for my birthady celebration. Originally it was supposed to be at another rstaurant but they cancelled last minute due to issues in the restaurant. Fiorellino was gracious enought to accommodate my large party. What could have been a disaster waa a blessing. Thank you to the whole Fiorellino team !!!! The place is so cozy & nice. When there is a pizza oven, most of the time, pizzas are good. & this is one of the cases. Service was good, less than 20 mins & we were served. The pizza was huge & delicious! I liked the ravioli, not too thick pasta & the amount of filling & sauce was just perfect. Cocktails were nice. Dessert was ok, the cannoli were small & the filling was airy but the orange cake was the best. The place was a bit crowded when we went but the bar stand was empty. Belle place. Bonne bouffe. Bon service. Mon commentaire est principalement concernant le propriétaire(?) chauve qui se tient à l'entrée & gueule après ses clients avec une autorité & une urgence démesurée de fermer la porte comme s'ils étaient des chiens mal élevés ou qu'une vie était en danger. Je lui souhaite une retraite de yoga pour être dans la tempérance, l'empathie & le calme ou une retraite tout court.Voir plus
J'ai testé Fiorellino pour la première fois en début de semaine sur les recommandations d'une collègue de travail. Tout d'abord le cadre est vraiment très joli & le personnel vraiment très accueillant & agréable. Si je pouvais mettre 18 étoiles pour la nourriture je le ferais c'était EXCELLENT!! Avec mon amie nous avons prit le risotto aux fruits de mer & spaghetti pomodoro e burrata puis le tiramisu & les cannoli. Nous allons très certainement revenir pour tester les autres plats de la carte. Je recommande à 200% ce restaurant ^_^!!Voir plus
