I ordered a Griot plate - I received 3 burned plantains - they were extremely hard.
The griot was good, nice & hot but the rice was cold I had to warm it up 😒View more
So, so, so, so, so, so, so, so good. Rice is not dry but not too flavorful either, the sauce is sweet & tasty, the salad is nice. However, the jerk chicken is A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. Best I've ever had HANDS DOWN. Will probably be back tomorrow for more. They also give you a bit of that pepper sauce (Komla?) that you only get in the Caribbean - it's a bit spicy so watch out haha.
But seriously. Props to whoever made that recipe. It was delicious.View more
Today, I had a true Caribbean food experience at this hidden gem. I ordered the curry goat, & my friend chose the oxtail; both came with a side salad, rice, two plantains, a small Jamaican bread, a very spicy sauce (watch out-it's really hot!), & a drink. They have some variety of Jamaican drinks.
The goat meat was tender & moist, & it was my first time trying oxtail, which was also delicious. We sat outside since the weather was beautiful today.
The man who served us was polite & kind, taking time to explain the menu & dishes thoroughly.
I highly recommend this place.View more
Love this place. The staff is so polite & sweet. I have tried their patties & they are delicious. Jeri Chicken & rice is yum... Surely coming back for other things. They have a green spicy sauce & wow.. one of the spiciest sauces, had to be extra careful with that !View more

I took the oxtail with rice & peas I think the rice was more Haitian than Jamaican. It that's good because we make the better rice ;)❤️❤️❤️❤️View more
View more
My usual spot was closed & I randomly came across Faybee's! This was some of the best jerk chicken I ever had! Everything felt homemade, the portions were generous & the prices were reasonable. The hot sauce was very hot but I wish they gave me a bit more, same with the other sauce on the side it complemented the chicken & the rice perfectly. Definitely coming back here again!View more
