Hello, I wanted to share my disappointment with Farouj Abo Alabed. Unfortunately, this is not the first time my order has been missing items. It has happened more than 3 times, & every time I contacted the staff, I felt like they did not care or take the issue seriously.

I drive from far to come & pick up my food, & having to discover missing items & deal with the same problem again is extremely frustrating. I should not have to waste my time & make another trip because of mistakes that keep happening.

I hope you, as the owner, know what is going on because customers deserve respect & proper service. People are paying for their food & should receive exactly what they ordered. The staff should take their work seriously & care about customers.

After so many repeated problems, I have decided that I will not come back again. I hope you improve the service & pay more attention to how customers are being treated.

Best chicken sandwich i've ever had & i've had Al abdallah in Lebanon. This is better. I dont think you can make chicken taste better then this it's impossible
