Food is excellent. Service can be better. The reason I always had my order on time but last 2 times I had to wait 63 mins for my order. Even though they had same orders going out for the customers who came after me. May be I ordered on the phone & dine in it a priority. Nevertheless four is excellent
I was not sure about the social media hype about his chicken. I was mentioning to people about how good it looks, someone already ate there said: not that good. I did not believe them. I went there today. I was so disappointed. First, too expensive compared to others. Second, shishtaouk skewers dry & has a weird flavor. Could be safran or other spices which is not a representation of a typical lebanese chicken. In a main dish, no salade served. Fries are so so. & last, as a lebanese, i can't believe the taste of the garlic sauce.
Recommendation: you.might win the social media but this will not last long. Give the taste of your chicken before it is too late.
I was so excited , hoping to taste a traditional lebanese chicken sandwich. Just grilling it does jot make it wow. The flavor is within.
Very disappointed with my experience. Around 10 p.m., I ordered 2 sandwiches & 1 combo. I specifically repeated my order to the employee & even confirmed the total because it came to around $60, which already seemed high.
On my way home, I looked at the receipt & realized I had been charged for 3 combos instead of what I actually ordered. I only received & wanted one drink, yet I was charged for three combo meals.
This was my first time trying this place, & unfortunately, it will also be my last. Poor service & careless order taking. Make sure to double-check your order & receipt before leaving, or you may end up paying for items you never asked for.
Taste: Super delicious 5/5
Price: Good 4/5
Service: 3/5 The staff member (Food Runner) on duty was inexperienced. I ordered to dine in, but he packed my food in a takeaway bag. When I told him it was for dine-in, he simply placed the bag onto a tray & handed it to me. He wasn't very hospitable either-he didn't ask if I wanted any sauces or provide any napkins. When I asked for ketchup & mayonnaise, he just pointed at the ketchup packets & didn't offer any garlic sauce (toum) or mayonnaise.
I've visited this place several times since they opened & unfortunately the wait times to get your order are simply ridiculous.
Let me start with the positive: the sandwiches are spectacular. They're the only reason I kept coming back & giving this place multiple chances. However, great food can only make up for poor service for so long. If the service doesn't improve, definitely i will won't be returning.
My first visit was during a busy period, so I was willing to be understanding. However, it still took nearly 50 min to receive 4 chicken sandwiches.
On my second visit, the restaurant was only moderately busy, yet it took 45 min to get two sandwiches.
For my third visit, I called ahead for pickup *25 minutes before arriving* but I still had to wait an additional 10 min on the store for 3 chicken sandwiches.
The fourth visit was my last. I placed a pickup order **30 minutes in advance** for three sandwiches & once again, had to wait another 10 min after arriving.
After several visits, it became clear that the problem isn't the food-it's the organization. Watching the staff work, everything seemed chaotic & poorly coordinated. These aren't overly complex sandwiches to prepare, especially when the chicken is already done & ready to be assembled in the pita & finished on the charcoal grill.
This kind of delay will eventually drive customers elsewhere, am one them. There are plenty of similar restaurants nearby, including long-established places like this place, where customers can get quality food without spending nearly an hour waiting for a few sandwiches.
I genuinely wish this new business success because the food is excellent but at the end of the day, you got to experience the whole thing & it's simply not worth spending 45-60 minutes waiting for 3-4 sandwiches. Great food brings customers in, but efficient service is what keeps them coming back.
Outstanding sandwiches, but extremely slow & disorganized service makes the overall experience frustrating.
The sandwiches are overpriced & seem to have more sauce than actual filling. There was barely any chicken, & that's basically all you taste. A better balance between sauce & ingredients would make a big difference, along with more generous & evenly distributed filling.
We paid $55.99 for the promotion, which included 4 sandwiches, 4 cans of soda, & only 2 small orders of fries. For that price, the portion size is disappointing, & the promotion doesn't even make sense. Marketing-wise, it feels like the focus is on upselling rather than offering real value. A clearer promotion design with more balanced sides would make the offer feel much fairer. Why include 4 sandwiches & 4 drinks but only 2 small fries?
We also ordered the fries sandwich, but once again it was mostly bread & sauce, with barely any fries inside. Improving the ingredient distribution would help a lot, since the sandwich should actually reflect what it promises.
Overall, I think this place is overhyped. I was really looking forward to trying it, but I left very disappointed with my experience. With better portion balance, clearer promotions, & more consistent ingredient distribution, it could be much better.
Délicieux du vrai bbq ! Sauf qu'il faut être patient car toujours plein de monde
Amazing place with great ambiance for friends & family the food is even better
I highly recommend their full grilled chicken & the chicken signature sandwich
