Honestly, I'm really disappointed with my experience at the Laval location. I waited 55 minutes for my order, which was already frustrating, but what bothered me even more was how the situation was handled.
While I was waiting, it honestly felt like people who knew some of the staff in the kitchen were being prioritized & getting their orders taken care of before mine. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but that's not a fair way to treat customers who have been waiting.
When I asked to speak with the manager, instead of actually bringing the manager, the employee brought me someone who was working with him. That made the whole situation even more frustrating & left me feeling like my concern wasn't being taken seriously.
I'm not upset just because I had to wait. I'm upset because of the way I was treated & the lack of professionalism when I tried to ask about my order.
Unfortunately, this was my last visit to this location, & I won't be recommending it to anyone in my community either. It's disappointing to say that, especially when I genuinely wanted to support the restaurant, but after this experience, I don't feel comfortable coming back or encouraging people I know to do so.
I really hope management takes this feedback seriously, because customers deserve to be treated fairly & with respect.

The sandwiches are consistently good every time I go there. Ordered 17 different sandwiches on Saturday for a group gathering & the service was excellent. They made sure every sandwich was in the bag & I waited no more than 20 minutes for such a big order. Thanks to Mohammed, Bilal & the rest of the team 👍🏻
I placed an order with the restaurant for two beef kebabs & one shish tawook. Unfortunately, when I got home, I was surprised to find they had given me two orders of chicken *musahhab* & one tawook instead. I tried calling to explain the mistake, but there was no answer-I called about 17 times with absolutely no response. I had also asked for just a little bit of hot sauce, but they made the sandwich so incredibly spicy that I couldn't eat it. In the end, I paid for items I never received.I wish they would respect their customers & either answer the phone or turn it off, since they don't answer it.
Honnêtement, c'était ma première fois à cette place-là pis j'ai vraiment aimé ça! Côté goût, c'était vraiment excellent, pis la qualité est là aussi. 👌
Petit point à savoir par contre : si vous êtes sensibles aux épices ou au piquant, faites attention. Mon amie m'a dit que sa mère, par exemple, est sensible à certains assaisonnements, pis le poulet est mariné avec pas mal d'épices & de sauces qui donnent un goût assez relevé.
Pour les prix, je trouve ça vraiment raisonnable pour la qualité qu'ils offrent. Côté service, rien à dire : les employés sont souriants, accueillants pis professionnels. En plus, y'a toujours de la place pour se stationner, donc c'est super pratique.
Bref, très belle première expérience, je recommande! 😊
