Ordered online & it took 45 minutes. Got my order & took it back home. Missing fries that were supposed to come with my order. Called the restaurant & told me he could not provide a partial refund & proceeded to hang up the phone on me. Service is horrendous & food is way overpriced. I chose to spend the money but I didn't choose to receive only part of my order. Extremely disappointing

Probably the most unorganized restaurant I've dealt with. Customer service was nonexistent - I could literally see my order sitting ready for 20+ minutes while staff ignored it. By the time I had to ask for it myself, it was completely cold. Total wait time was over 40 minutes, even though I had ordered well in advance over the phone. The food might have been good if I had the luxury of tasting it hot, but the experience ruined it. Not coming back.

I purchased a whole chicken for the first time. At home I opened my order & surprised to see how burned 70% of it making it un consumable. Called several times to report it but no one picked up my calls & directed to an answering machine that does not accept messages. I have a picture but don't know where to post it. Very disappointed

I had almost give up on shwarma as every restaurant was overfilling & all we tasted was lettuce & garlic sauce. I m so happy have found this place. Big portions, no overfilling. Well cooked meat/chicken. Very nice atmosphere, although packed cause too popular. They will need to expand soon. The best sauces I've had in a while.
