Very low service, not clean as should be, very noisy atmosphere

When it's busy expect to wait 30 minutes for your food, the food is great, the staff hustles, the only thing that I find annoying is watching the owner count his money & take pictures of the lineups instead of cleaning the filthy tables & sweeping the filth on the floor when all the workers are hustling making orders, if I see him acting like he is better than the employees again I will definitely stop eating here & will encourage others to do the same.

We were 3 persons on Monday around 6:00 PM, we ordered 3 of their famous trios, 1 beef & 2 chicken, plus 2 Ayran (yogurt drink).

It took a while for the food to be ready, hence the 4 stars instead of 5 stars.

The place is nicely setup & decorated. The bathroom was clean but out of hand soap, hence the 4 stars for the atmosphere instead of 5 stars.

The food was hot & delicious. 1 sandwich was enough to fill our empty stomachs.

I tried Abo Alabed for the first time yesterday. To be honest, I wasn't expecting it to be this good because the reviews were a bit mixed. We ordered the regular & spicy musahab sandwiches along with a whole grilled chicken, & everything was absolutely delicious.
We enjoyed it so much that we went back again today & ordered the same thing. The grilled chicken was tender, juicy, & full of flavor-not dry at all. It was perfectly seasoned without being overpowering.
The musahab sandwich was amazing. The balance between the garlic sauce & the chicken was just right, & every bite was fresh & flavorful.
I also have to mention how incredibly clean the restaurant was. It honestly reminded me of being back home, both in terms of the cleanliness & the quality of the food.
Definitely a 10/10. I'll definitely be coming back!

'The food was very good, especially the chich grilled sandwich. The chicken was flavorful, juicy, & freshly prepared. The staff were friendly & the restaurant was clean. The only downside was the wait time - it took about 35 minutes to get my sandwich, which felt a bit long. That said, the quality of the food made up for it. Overall, a good experience & I would come back again.'

Came from ottawa just to try the new restaurant very delicious sandwich perfect size very well cook the place is clean I highly recommended to go have a try & definitely will go back again i hope in the future they will have other location in ottawa thank you for the amazing service
